- A shower room and a separate toilet.

- A laundry room with 2 washing machines.

- A fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, one of which has a freezer part, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher.

- A very large living room with a large table for 8 people and two tables for 4 people. On the living room side, two large sofas and 4 armchairs as well as a large television.



Upstairs:

- A bedroom with double bed (140x200), wardrobe and desk

- A bedroom with double bed (140x200), wardrobe and desk

- A bedroom with double bed (140x200), wardrobe and desk

- Two bedrooms with 1 single bed, wardrobe and desk

- A bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and desk

- A bathroom with 3 walk-in showers and 3 sinks, a dryer is available

The house has a Wifi connection.

The garden is equipped with some sunbeds and a large table to take meals outside. Please note that the house is located on a central axis, some noise activity may be noticeable. (only on one side of the house)

The outside is equipped with a socket to charge cars, scooters and electric bikes!

The house has 2 parking spaces, it is also possible to park vehicles in front of the gate.

-For your comfort and in order to travel light, you will find on your arrival: A clean accommodation! All household linen: sheets (bed made), towels, tea towels. Basic products (olive oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, hand soap, shower shampoo (1/person). Pets are allowed on request, for an extra charge of €15/pet/stay.
