Situated on the 4th floor with elevator access, it features a lovely 12 m² west-facing, enclosed loggia with a direct view of the Quilles canal. The apartment offers a pleasant living space: a bright living room with a sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi; a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine; a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm); a sleeping alcove with a double sofa bed; a bathroom with a shower and sink; and a separate toilet. Private garage space #143 is included in the rental (dimensions: 2.47 m wide x 5 m long x 1.99 m high). Pets are not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details).
