We had a good stay at ViiA Residences with our family. The location was excellent and definitely one of the main advantages. Abdullah Hukum LRT station is nearby, which made travelling around Kuala Lumpur easy, and KL Eco City Mall, The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall are all within comfortable walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops close by.
The outdoor swimming pool on the 40th floor was a lovely feature and a great place to relax after a day out. The gym was fine for our needs, although fairly basic, with the usual cardio equipment and enough for a simple workout.
The residence was comfortable and convenient for a family stay, and we really appreciated having so much within walking distance. Being close to the LRT also meant we did not have to rely on Grab or taxis all the time.

The property is located in a brand-new skyscraper that is yet to be completed and launched. It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building).
Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good.
Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different.
Overall good stay.

The sound proofing is amazing. Despite being next to a mosque I wasn't woken up at 5am. The place was clean. Check in was a hassle as they can't do multiple forms of payment to pay for the hotel.
