"Internet is fast. Room is very clean. The only issue that we have is our room door we realized that it does not lock completely. We tried pushing it to check if it is already locked but there’s something wrong. The door locks but if you push it it opens. We tried telling the front desk girl and a staff went there to check it and insisting that it is ok which is not ok coz it does not lock completely. We are in room 314. Whoever comes to stay in this room pls make sure to check that it locks completely. Everything else is very good. Waiter in the resto is superb. "

"The hotel is undergoing renovation inside and outside. Will look brilliant when finished. We have stayed at the Civitel for many years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Would stsy again when visiting our Greek friends C & D from UK"

"Great place"

"Have been staying here since it opened. Bar and restaurant have been refurbed but the rooms are in need of a refresh. Shame the mini bars are now empty and that the toiletries are a little downgraded. Breakfast is also not as good. Location and staff excellent. "

"Spotless room, helpful staff"

"Beautiful rooms and probably one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. Very spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities. The carpets and rooms can do with a slight upgrade but the service, location, bedding and facilities compensated for some outdated carpet. Good hotel that I recommend "

"Room was clean. Pillows too small but comfy. Great room comfort. Staff were all absolutely incredible. Little blond girl who worked the evenings on our last two days was absolutely amazing and best of the best. We would for sure come back again. For now we say see later....."
