A lovely hotel - good to look at inside and out. Well laid out - there were a few steps, though not may, but always a ramp as an alternative.
Breakfast was excellent and the one night we ate in the hotel that was excellent too.
All staff were lovely - very professional, so friendly and very helpful.
The one not so good aspect was that all loungers around the pool were 'reserved with towels' from early morning, with most people not appearing until late morning or in some cases up to 1.00 pm.
There was a sign saying any loungers not used for more than 2 hours, would have towels removed. That didn't happen. I appreciate this is a difficult thing to monitor but it is very annoying for those of us who don't practice that type of thing.
There were actually a lot of loungers, though many of them were under the trees.

Our stay at Es Princep was outstanding from start to finish.
The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and a truly professional atmosphere. What impressed us most was the professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness of the staff. Every team member was readily available to assist with anything we needed, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay.
The property itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant rooms, excellent amenities, and a perfect location for exploring Palma. The rooftop experience deserves special recognition. The drinks were expertly prepared, the ambiance was sophisticated yet relaxed, and the views over the city and the sea were simply spectacular.
A special mention goes to the rooftop Smashburger, which was one of the highlights of our stay. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and surprisingly one of the best burgers we’ve had during our travels.
If you’re looking for a hotel that combines exceptional service, professional hospitality, outstanding food and beverages, and a memorable rooftop experience, Es Princep is an excellent choice. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palma de Mallorca.

Perfect location (number 4 bus just outside hotel) + 12-15 euro taxi to most of the popular bits of Palma (ie harbor/cathedrals/old town)
Brilliant facilities too (tennis courts, mini golf , pool table and swimming pool).

Terrible experience with the Staff, my sister in law with my niece was sitting in the lobby a whole day to be checked in, totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Hyatt hires untrained and rude staff with ZERO desire to help and resolve a simple situation.
