"Bernadette was an excellent host. Family of 4 was very comfortable in two adjoining rooms. Rooms and bathrooms have all been renovated with modern amenities . Beds were very comfortable. Host asked us the night before when we would like breakfast, her suggestion for 9:00 am was perfect time. The restaurant was closed.There was a handwritten message stuck to the inside of the window explaining how to get to our room. The key was in the door. "This little known gem, situated about 10 minutes from Egletons on the D16, in the delightfully rural Correze, is well worth a visit. If it’s peace, calm and tranquility you seek - this is it. Relatively unknown to the English (we were the first English to stay here) it’s well worth a visit. The hosts are very welcoming and speak English. The facilities are superb - we just wish we could have stayed longer!"
