"A pousada tem muito potencial, pena que não é utilizado. Ao chegar não fica ninguém na recepção que vive trancada, não há portaria tbm. Eles tem uma faxineira que vai a cada 2 dias e somente no de manhã, pelo menos no tempo que estivemos lá. Não adianta reservar piscina, pois esta fica coberta e com uma grade que a cerca, trancada por cadeado. Café da manhã nem existe, a não ser que você se precavine e leve. Lençóis tampouco. Então leve tudo!. O chalé que ficamos estava sujo e com o banheiro...

"Quarto simples e aconchegante, talvez uma revisão antes do hóspede entrar. Poeria no chão. Kit banheiro sabonete e shampoo não tinha. Para nós não é problema pois levamos sempre o nosso. Atendimento do Breno na central foi maravilhoso. A recepção foi muito atenciosa. O cuidado com a atendente do café foi simplesmente espetacular inclusive no dia que iremos embora ele não sai muito cedo e eles anteciparam o café da manhã às 5:00 da manhã para nós recomendaria a estadia para quem vá a Diamantina...

"chegamos na pousada e fomos informado pelo proprietário que não havia nenhuma reserva em meu nome, deste modo, tivemos que pagar outra diária, tendo em vista que já estávamos no local. E por coincidência, o proprietário nos acomodou no mesmo quarto que tínhamos feito a reserva. Quarto extremamente razoável, banheiro péssimo, chuveiro frio e sem nenhum auxílio. Temos o comprovante do pix que foi realizado na hora e vídeos que comprovam minha reclamação! Espero que a hotéis.com faça imediatamente...
