Our host Frederico collected us from the ferry port and we fell in love as soon as we saw the amazing view. The villa is beautiful, but the view of the bay is stunning. "The host was incredibly helpful in allowing us to drop off our bags before check in with almost no notice! If you’re very tall just be careful in the bathroom, the ceiling by the toilet is low/slanted. The property is super cute, right on the beach as indicated, and offers two beach chairs to use for laying out which was a nice touch! The bus stop is a 4 min walk, and about a 20 min walk to the Aragonese castle, which you can see from the apt over the water! Just gorgeous overall. My friend also...

"J ai mis une étoile car je ne pouvais pas en mettre zero !A notre arrivée l appartement etait sale, plans de travail avec tache de café, cafetiere collante et poussiereuse, ventilateur collé de poussière , douche moisie et pleine de calcaire, repose savon tres sale, sol a peu pres propre mais juste dans le passage, il ne fallait pas deplacer le banc car derriere il restait des miettes de l ancien locataire, sous les lits je n en parle meme pas, étendoir a linge rouillé etc etc...le propriétaire...

Miramare E Castello Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This is an incredible hotel in a beautiful part of Ponte Ischia, highly recommend. The hotel itself is very charming with Mediterranean decor. We arrived at 10am from the ferry and our room was ready, and they upgraded us to a room with a balcony (which was very helpful to drive swimsuits and clothes in the heatwave). The breakfast was incredible; huge variety of options, everything very fresh, and they make any type of coffee you want for you (including iced coffee). The location is also beautiful with it being located directly on the beach with its own beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach club service (we were able to order food and drinks ,which were all delicious). My only con to this hotel is that the beach neighbors a few other hotels and that the beach area belonging to the hotel isn't closed off, so there are multiple children and families playing in the water and running around the lounge chairs during the day, which feels less private and more of a public beach setting -- that's my only feedback that I wish the hotel could implement for a more relaxing stay on the beach."

"I almost didn’t want to review this hotel so I could keep it a secret! It is paradise on earth. Nestled at the top of a hill with stunning views and a number of thermal baths this was truly a place to recharge and take a break from the world. With a spa, fitness room, and a wonderful bar and restaurant you need not travel anywhere once you arrive. If you prefer there is a free shuttle to take you back and forth from the town square below. They also have a private beach club arranged if you would like a swim in the ocean. We could always find our very own secluded spot amongst the pools. A little paradise on earth is not an overstatement."

"The most perfect stay. Very kind staff they were so helpful and made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. The ac in the room worked very well, the pool had a great view. Dinner at the hotel was great as well. I had to leave at 6am and they packed me a little breakfast bag todo w a sandwich and water. It was the sweetest. Highly recommend this hotel"
