"Check-in was not so much friendly. Person from reception said that will call to me when my room will be ready, but no one didn’t call till check-in came are came. In room was not enough some bathroom staff (toot brush was just one in room for two person) other personal in hotel was brilliant, waiters, bartenders and ect. "

"The room was superious,quality and clean.Staff always kind and helpful.we had a chance to check heated outdoor pool was fun.we also have fun live music at night in the bar .But beside of that my daughter was enjoyed in the kids club all day long ,there were many attactions for the kids."

"Room sevislce average, the bed not clean and old, staff not professional all over, accept the bar staff they were good. the bed in the room was full of biting small bugs, can you imagine, we couldn't sleep at all , we kept complaining to the receptionist, then they sent a notice to the hotels guests that they the hotel wants to spray the rooms !! Cats were all over the hotels, in the restaurants , in the lobby, they jump all over none stop, the night entertainment was poor and boring, most guests they were playing cards because they were bored. The swimming pool was kept always colder than average, at 24 degrees, ansld sure never 28 degrees. And they had about 3 football teams as a guests in the hotel, unfortunately most of them they didn't obey the rools for the hygienic for the sauna and steam room etc. Finally, i felt sorry and upset that it was a waist of my money, especially in comparison to the hotel which we stayed in before this hotel. "Side turkey " even this hotel they it cost more then the previous hotel which we stayed in just before we moved to this hotel, "

"Food was awful. Same choice each evening. Burnt fried chicken which you could smell then burning during the day. Only decent choice in the evening was Pizza. Breafast choice the same, Could not even get a omlet. Most of the staff did noot know how to say good morning or smile. Poor lighting in the night with many trip hazards walking. No power socket in bathroom to charge shaver. Rubbish entertainment in the evening. Only one bar to sit inside in the evening with awful pianist playing Great people on reception Will never go back"

"I liked this place. My two main criticisms would be: 1. The room was quite noisy until about midnight as I think it was above a bar that was used for after show dj entertainment. That wasn't great for a sleeping small child. 2. Despite turkish cuisine being rich and flavoursome, like a lot of AI hotels, the buffet food merged into one flavour. So much so, I ate out locally. In addition, it's unusual to stay at an AI hotel for over a week and not be offered the chance for some kind of a la carte dining."

"This was one of the best all-inclusive hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional – always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful. The property itself is massive, offering a wide range of amenities and activities for guests of all ages. The dining options were outstanding, with a diverse selection of delicious food available around the clock. You’ll find countless bars and snack buffets scattered throughout the resort, ensuring you’re never far from a quick bite or refreshing drink. The hotel boasts a beautiful, private beach with a beautiful coastline, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. On the opposite side of the property, there’s a big water park, complete with exciting rides for both adults and children, adding an extra layer of fun for families. Evenings at the hotel are a true highlight, with top-notch entertainment every night. There are dedicated children’s programs, followed by impressive, diverse shows for adults. After that, the night continues with live music or DJ sets, each themed differently to keep things fresh and exciting. We had an absolutely wonderful time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone – it’s incredibly family-friendly, with something for everyone. We will definitely be back!"
