Quiet new house with character, private heated pool

The Sol Sud is a new house in wood and stone. On the ground floor you find a large living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom (double bed 160) with sink, WC, bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with double bed (160), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90) and a bedroom with bunk bed. Outside you have the swimming pool area with the swimming pool (12X5) heated from mid-May to September, a large terrace with deckchairs and the poolhouse with covered terrace (dining table 12pers) shower and WC. There is a part of the garden which is fenced for small children. Behind the house there is the garden of +/- 4000M2 or small and large can have fun! (ping pong table and trampoline) The house is built 1km from the village of Sergeac in the peace in the countryside on the path of deer, deer, ... Sergeac is in the middle of the prehistoric triangle of Sarlat-Montignac-Les Eysies. There are many caves, castles, gardens, parks, .. to visit. Beautiful region for hiking, road biking and mountain biking, fishing ... Price for a weekend or during school holidays to consult us.

Lovely

The house is great for larger groups lots of space and quiet location. We had a lovely time and the kids loved the outdoor spaces as well as the trampoline and visiting the chickens.

Had a really nice time. Perfect size for 9 adults. The house is a lovely place to be and the surroundings are amazing. Wish we had booked longer.

Excellent property with all the amenities we could ask for including a local Auberge within a 5 minute walk. Whilst secluded the location is within reasonable travelling distance of the areas attractions, towns and transport links. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend the property.

Perfect property & location

What an amazing place! Very modern property, amazing outside space and large pool. The views are stunning all the way around. I'd recommend this to everyone. The location is great for days out in the area, with lots to see and do. Lovely host who is very helpful and there for anything you may need. The children absolutely loved seeing and feeding the chickens!

Great Family Holiday

Great property in a lovely area. 11 family members from three generations and we all had a great time. Weather was good for the whole of our stay. Some days were too hot but the pool came to the rescue. The hosts were excellent and responded very quickly to any requests we made. The kids all loved the host's dog Nero, who came to see us occasionally and had a drink from the pool. Definitely need to have transport to stay here, but the local amenities are good and lots of places to visit. We all liked Montignac in particular. A great holiday.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille. La maison est très fidèle à la description, très propre et spacieuse. La cuisine est très bien équipée, tant en terme d’ustensiles que de qualité de la vaisselle. La maison est bien décorée et très chaleureuse. C’est un environnement idéal et reposant pour des vacances en famille. Nous avons même eu droit au défilé des salamandres et grenouilles le soir autour de la piscine.

Superbe séjour en famille

Tout est prévu dans cette location pour passer d'agréables moments. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathiques, à l'écoute. C'est la destination idéale pour faire des visites dans la région. Les enfants peuvent s'amuser tranquilement dans le trampoline ou dans la cabane. Les plus petits ont leur coffre à jouets très bien fournis. Tout est dit dans les précédents avis sur les chambres, les salles de bain qui sont vraiment bien pensées. Il y a une très belle terrasse où on peut contemplé un magnifique coucher de soleil. On reviendra !!

Nous avons passé un très très bon week end dans cette magnifique maison entièrement rénovée. Vakantie met vrienden

Super vakantie gehad! Vriendengroep van 11 volwassen en 1 baby. Alles was in orde. Heel mooi huisje, propere kamers. Groot domein rond het huis. Zwembad groot genoeg en overdekt terras was heel aangenaam om in de schaduw te vertoeven. In de keuken alles aanwezig van toestellen, misschien enkel de frigo wat klein voor zo een grote groep. Wasmachine was handig om eens een kleine was te doen. Qua ligging ook wel oke, verschillende dorpjes in de buurt. Mountenbike en kajakopties niet al te ver rijden. Bos in de buurt om te gaan wandelen. Kortom heel geslaagde vakantie, heel vriendelijke eigenaars die altijd bereikbaar waren. We zouden zeker terugkomen!

Week-end très agréable

Maison très agréable, spacieuse, idéal en famille. Propriétaire très sympathique, très bon accueil. Piscine de rêve et chauffée pour en profiter un maximum. Cadre idyllique avec le coucher de soleil le soir.

Excellent long week end

Tout était parfait. La maison est top. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement du grand terrain, des cages, de foot, de la piscine, le barbecue. Nous reviendrons sûrement.
