On arriving at Hotel its is in a run down part of town lots of rubbish and Scrap cars around lots of closed business . stray Dogs and Cats nothing like the photos on Expedia Were do i Start Car parking was on a rundown parking lot with muddy puddles No help with Luggage There was lift for 2 of the 4 days we stayed (on last night was Brocken and said it would be fixed before morning ) well it wasn't Room was small i did book a Deluxe Queen but im sure it wasn't im just going to list the problems No Hot water reported twice (nothing Done about it) Bed was broken Had to put paper wedge under leg to stop it rocking Window would not close handle fell off stuck on with silicone Toilet would not flush properly very noisy from other hotel guests and wagons / Buses out side on morning of check out no lift had to carry 4 cases down from second floor would i stay here a again BIG NO

We stayed here for the F1 race weekend. The property is not as well presented as in the photos. Felt grungy, very little toilet paper and hand soap available, towels were very thin. As a single female I did not feel secure in the room as the walls were very thin, doors felt flimsy and I was put in an adjoining room with a group of rowdy men on the other side of the locked door. The staff were friendly but not all that helpful. They dont run an airport shuttle as advertised and were extremely reluctant to help me arrange a private transport to pick me up from the airport late at night. During the race weekend they advertised a shuttle to and from the track which seemed to just be them organising a Grab for you. Both pick ups were poorly communicated and coordinated, we ended up stranded 2/3 days having to find our own way back and walking 2hrs from the track to the hotel.

My room smelt like smoke every day. I fell sick. Walls are really thin. Can hear the next room. Towels noAlso the laundry service listed ia false. They do not offer that.

A Hotel? No. A Hell on Earth! If you want to pay to be punished, book here. The building is awful, staff rude and untrained, service nonexistent. Check-in gave me a torn, cracked electronic key that looked like it survived a war, a divorce, and a washing machine. Sanjay seemed nice, then showed his true face. Kids played outside our room all night; repeated calls to the front desk did nothing. I couldn't sleep at all. "Guest services" apparently means silence is optional. Amenities? None. Wi-Fi was slow and changed passwords every four hours, so you had to call downstairs repeatedly. It wasn't internet; it was hostage negotiation. No iron in room. Asked, told to come downstairs. They gave an iron but no ironing board, demanded it back immediately, and wrote the hotel name on it with permanent marker—a museum piece, truly. Staying here felt like punishment; I think God erased my sins for the patience I showed during two days of torment. At checkout they yelled and banged on the door, as if ready to get physical if you complained. For anyone who never had a bad hotel and wants one, I highly recommend this place: it will make you appreciate every "bad" hotel you knew. Management: damaged key cards are a security risk; ignored noise complaints are a hospitality failure; amenities should exist before being advertised. Train staff, fix the building, provide reliable internet, and stop treating guests like intruders. Until then: avoid. Pictures attached as evidence.

The room was big enough. I had two issues with it, there was a musty smell in the room which could be because it’s an old building but keeping the window crack opened helped with the smell and the only plug to charge my phone that was available was broken and in need of repair so the staff provided an plug adapter to make it work. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
