Horrible horible place

This place is awful - it was dirty and awful. Nothing like the photos.we paid extra for breakfast which was disgusting. The staff were OK but the place was terrible. 0 stars- I want a refund!

最初に通された9階はフロアーも部屋もカビ臭かった。お願いしたらすぐに部屋を変えてくれたのはとても良かった。 部屋のシャワーがお湯が出ないのが困った。他の部屋は出る部屋もあった。 夜は寒くて目が覚めた。 ホテルスタッフはみんな気さくで、こちらの言っていることを親切に聞いてくれてとても良かった。

The hotel is perfectly good for a night catering to a layover, although their website needs to contain way more information relating to their airport shuttle service for arrivals. It worked fine the other way. Also, we booked a room for five, and then had to pay extra to place an additional mattress in the room. Again, this was not clearly explained at booking.

施設は古いものの、スタッフの方々はとても親切でした。またルームサービスや朝食も美味しかったです。 スリッパがあったら嬉しかったです。 Although building is a little bit old,staffs are very kind.I was really satisfied with their hospitality. Room service and breakfast was delicious and reasonable. I wanted slipper in my room.
