This hotel is worth every penny! Such a convenient and comfortable place to stay before or after a flight. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and a really lovely bathroom. I am always amazed at how clean, spacious and relaxing the rooms feel even though it is an airport hotel without windows to the outside world. Plenty of food and shopping options in KLIA2. If you are someone who would appreciate some rest time or a nice warm shower in a quality hotel room before/after a flight then this is the place to go. If you are planning on staying here, just remember to be considerate of other guests who may be asleep in their rooms at the time when you arrive - keeping noise levels down as you walk through the corridors would be very much appreciated by all.

It’s just a transit hotel. Unfortunately you need to exit arrivals which means huge crowds and excessive wait times. Then departures are same problem. Would be better to be airside

Construction drilling above my room from 8p to midnight, and they knew before giving me my room at 5:30p! Said they weren't sure which rooms were impacted 3 hours before!?!? Walls and doors are thin, and you can hear everything. Rooms are nice for one night stay, but the construction drilling until midnight from an airport hotel where customers are trying to sleep before morning flights is disgraceful! Avoid unless you really have no choice. 450 RM for drilling noises until midnight!

Located inside the airport. Good for long transit and early flight passengers. Near to shopping areas. The room was very comfy and the bed spacious. Downside was we could hear the occupants from the next room, so couldn’t really enjoy the much needed rest before the next flight. Overall opinion, ok bah kalau kao 👍

I booked a twin bed but given a single bed in a super tiny room. Didn't realise the bathroom not attached. Still cost me AUD 84 My room are close to the entrance, whoever open the door can hear clearly. Tenant open next room door I feel like open mine. I checked in around 11pm check out before 5am, I couldn't sleep at all due to the noise. Feel like myself staying a capsules without an earplug. Heard the normal room really good. I didn't expect mine are like that.

Well, I stayed there while waiting for next flight. The room is smaller than I expected but good enough for a short sleep. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants just within a stone's throw away.

Throughout the night, I could clearly hear conversations, footsteps, and even the water sound from the other rooms. The noise from the hallway was equally disturbing, as the voices and foot traffic echoed through the thin walls. This created a frustrating and restless environment that made sleep nearly impossible.

Very noisy
You really have to be tired if you expect to sleep more than 30 minutes in this noisy place. Drilling, hammering, construction work at 1:30am and reception just said sorry it’s an airport and shops and renovations happens 24x7. People trying to access my room many times. Knocking on the door for 40 minutes at 3am. Did not dare to open the door. I don’t know what was going on and if this hotel has any security. Tried to call reception but no response.

As expected, you get a clean bed in a small, tidy room. I thought there would be a sink but I was mistaken. Bathroom floor tends to be wet because of the shower. Would be nice to have a dry shelf to put toiletries while using the sink. Sounds of doors opening and closing can be quite annoying.

THE HOTEL IS A SCAM The management in this hotel is a mess and disappointing. I have never encounter such unpleasant experience throughout my trips. I DO NOT recommend this hotel nor any hotels operated by Premium Plaza Group. I made a booking for 24 hours and asked the hotel if I can check in during midnight since I arrived at 3am. The hotel replied “We operate 24 hours. Don’t worry about your late arrival.” At the end, I could not check in the room but to wait until 2pm. There is no point of booking the hotel if I have to stay in the airport to check in. Then the staff mentioned, if I check out on the same day, I can check in immediately. Which it was a scam, I booked for 24 hours but I got kicked out in 7 hours. I reported the case to the hotel, they did not admit their mistake, then I elevated the case to the Plaza Premium Group. They same did not apologize to their messy arrangement. Instead they pass the blame to the agency, Expedia and also their customer, me. What a ridiculous company ! WORSE hotel ever!!

I was here for less than 12 hours. I just needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours. All I heard was furniture scraping on the floor in adjoining rooms and the plumbing running at full pelt. Oh, and you can see light coming through where the air conditioning unit has been installed which is hella distracting when you need to sleep.

Perfect for layover.
It was an amazing stay, perfect for those who have layovers at KL because they are restaurants, clothing store around. Really convenient. And the hotel is comfortable and clean.Highly recommended. If you want to go to the city can just take the KSL Express, about 28mins to KSL Sentral

Great Airport Overnight Stay
I was checked in by a junior member of staff who was a little uncertain checking me in. However, his colleague Annabelle stepped in and seamlessly smoothed the transaction. I have stayed here a few times if I land late and catching an early flight the next morning. It’s a short smooth couple of minutes train connection between one terminal to the next. Upon exit of train terminal, the hotel is directly in front of you with plenty of dining options and shopping if you so desire.
