"Solo traveler who speaks a few languages but not Korean! Very easy access to subway and lots of places to eat, including places with kiosk ordering. Hotel itself has a “cafeteria” which does not have food but it does have bottled water, carbonated drinks, and an automated espresso machine 24/7. It also has other appliances to help you cook convenience store food. Room is not trying to be 5 stars, but the amenities are thoughtfully chosen, including very comfy bathrobe, refrigerator, hot water pot, and convenient tech to keep room lit and heated to your own taste. Very professional and helpful staff. I would gladly stay here again—hope I get the chance."

"The staff was very friendly and professional. The room’s thermostat couldn’t be controlled. When the room was heated, we couldn’t lower temp and were asked to open the window for cooling it down. There was a huge construction going on outside and it was occasionally noisy. "

"Nice little room. Not much of a view out the window, but great room and amazing rainfall shower head in the bathroom. All light controls, tv, and ac are available while laying in bed."
