The room was perfect and clean. I couldn’t ask for more. The front desk staff were nice and most importantly, the bed and bathroom was clean. The location is great, highly recommend this place for anyone planning on staying in gangnam. 10/10 experience.

Clean and good location

Overall, everything is great but the room not much space to put luggage. Location with lots of eateries and walking mins to station. Only one shower area and two toilets. The pool is in front of the kitchen and TV to relax.

It was a lovely spacious property. The spa is really just a big bath but was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. The property is very conveniently located near gangnam station and the airport bus station. We could easily walk to the many shops and restaurants around gangnam. We had a great time

I stayed here with some friends from abroad, and we were super satisfied. It’s really close to Gangnam Station, so getting around was super easy. There’s also a small kitchen, which made it convenient to heat up convenience store food or quick meals. The view isn’t anything special—no fancy building views. But all my friends loved the place, so I feel like I made a great choice with this booking. Thanks!

Poorly run, look elsewhere We booked 5 nights in June with 6 people (aged in 30s, 60s, and 80s). While the location is good and the beds/baths are comfortable enough, we hit multiple issues. On the Thursday before our Sunday check-in, we were told the elevator would be out of service until Monday. We let them know that 2 of our party were arriving Monday and were not capable of climbing stairs, and they said they hoped it would be in service Monday 16:00, so we took a chance and didn’t rebook another hotel. Our room was on the seventh floor which was a challenge for the 65 and below crowd, but we were able to tolerate it for one day. On Tuesday morning we awoke to puddles in the living room (water had rained down on our elder relative in the night) and the lights were not working. We notified them at 8am, but got no response until 10am. It turns out that the overflow drain for the tub upstairs was either not installed correctly or was not working, and water had gotten into some improper wiring in the ceiling and shorted our lights, as well as killing the power to the coffee shop downstairs. They blamed the upstairs guest and set about drying everything with towels, but by 7pm had still not managed to get the lights back on. After we chastised them, they finally came up and managed to disconnect the section of the lights that were shorting out, allowing the breaker to be reset and some of the lights to come back on. The corridor area was super smelly… Staff not helpful Check out time was 11am we were late and agreed to pay extra 40000 won to extend the room till 11:30am, however the cleaning staff got in our room around 11:10am without noticing us. All our suitcases and valuable items were inside the room. The front desk girl was super rude. The only good thing about this hotel is the excellent location

部屋はとても広く綺麗で素敵でした。スムーズにチェックイン、アウトもできたし駅近でとっても便利でした。でも女子４人で泊まって1つのシャワーだったからかシャワーの排水が詰まり水が溢れて2泊目のシャワーは４人中2人ができなくなりました。ホテルの設備としては快適とは言えませんでした。他は快適だっただけにとても残念でした。

UH Suite位於地鐵江南站，4號出口處有上下手扶梯，相鄰出口也有電梯，對於托運大型行李進出沒有問題，地鐵至飯店步行約5分鐘，且飯店周遭有很多好喝的咖啡廳，生活機能相當便利！ 飯店的招牌不明顯，入口處也有點小，飯店大廳位於大樓的地下一樓，電梯內無標示，建議飯店能夠於電梯內標示，第一次到訪的旅客比較好尋找喔～ UH飯店最大的優點是室內空間寬敞（此次入住3房2衛浴的房型），因為是新飯店，每間房間都很乾淨舒適，地點與室內空間是這間飯店最大的優點，也是下次會考慮入住的主要因素。 不過，此次連續入住3晚發現一些小缺點，若飯店未來能夠改善，就太棒了！ 1. 此次入住飯店的最大房型，室內雖然有廚房，但是無洗衣機，連公共空間也沒有洗衣機，對於連續多天入住，有洗衣需求的旅客很不方便。 2. 室內空調雖然為分離式冷氣機，但是似乎沒有暖氣功能，1月入住晚間覺得冷。 3. 因為連續入住，連續2天早上11點跟10點都有清潔人員持續敲門後，直接開門入內打掃環境，因為小朋友睡比較晚，所以相當困擾，建議飯店可以提供請勿打擾跟清潔房間等掛牌，這樣就不會造成雙方困擾了！ 4. 房間內會放置一張公告表，內容條列許多違規罰款的內容，感受上覺得是沒有溫度，較冷冰冰的飯店體驗。 5. 客廳內雖然有很大的浴池，但是完全沒有這邊布簾，需要很親近的家人才有辦法使用，同時，水流速度緩慢，水溫大約只有溫熱，對於喜歡有點熱度，或是冬天想要暖和身體，是無法達成的，或許比較適合夏天當戲水池？

강남 내 좋은 위치와 깨끗한 새 숙소

오픈한지 얼마 안돼서 깨끗하고 아파트 같은 긴 복도에 3bay 형태 룸이라 신기했어요. 내부도 깔끔하게 잘 꾸며져있고 간단한 조리가 가능하도록 시설도 갖춰져 있어 편리합니다. 다만 내부에서 새 건물 냄새가 많이 나고 프론트 옆 바가 아직 오픈 전인 점은 아쉬웠어요.
