Great spot for a hotel down a quiet street. Near by is a busy drinking street full of food and locals. The metro is a short walk away as is the palace. Room was clean and hotel staff were very welcoming and kind.

We had a nice stay for 7 nights. Front desk receptionist were super kind and helpful. The room was little small but it had a plenty of storage cabinets and kitchen with washer. No lobby but very practical. Great location to walk around many attractions.

The hotel was located in a very convenient place. There were lots of restaurants nearby, public transportation was close to the hotel. The staff was always very nice and helpful. I liked how it had more of a studio vibe rather than hotel. Would recommend it.

Perfectly situated to get to all neighbouring areas with ease by transport or walking. Facilities are great for laundry and the option to cook in the comfort of your own room. The staff are very attentive and make sure you are comfortable, great service by Sean, Brandon & Sharon, the domestic staff work very hard too. This is my second stay at this hotel, it is basic amd the rooms are small but has a lovely atmosphere.

Very conveniently located and affordable room. Was great having a kitchenette and washing machine in the room. I only wish there was some kind of kettle to boil water for coffee/tea. There is a shared microwave in the hall, but I just used the small skillet. Otherwise, large bathroom, good storage. The bed is hard as a rock, though. Like really sleeping on a sheet of plywood with a blanket on it. Staff was great and always very friendly, and checking in after hours was really easy!

Good location and my kind of service

Very nice stay with excellence service. I like how the staff provided first class service when asked but gave me space when I didn't. The location was excellent, close to many of the historical areas, a very nice market and nice restaurants. I would stay here again.

Staff was excellent, kind and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and staff was very helpful in my looking for an outlet converter that I forgot at home. I asked if convenience stores would sell them but the staff directede to their vending machine which carried everything from converters, soda, and laundry detergent. The prices are very competitive and sometimes bettee than the convenience stores. Eri at the front desk was very helpful when I wanted to use the dryer and even helped me figure out a food delivery app. I would stay again because I felt comfortable here and the neighborhood is a great location. Close to the nightlife but also in Insadong which has its own unique historical character.
