Newly and directly constructed in Oct. 2016 by the host who majored in industrial design, Karezip is full of awesome design features from Japanese style cuisine bistro on the 1st floor to a small lawn space on top of the building. It may look small at first glance, yet we have put much efforts in creating a place that can please your eyes. Come and visit us! We are the best fit for couples, business travelers and family travelers with kids.

We provide pocket Wi-fi (500MB/day) - We provide transformers 220V to 110V.

We directly run a Japanese curry restaurant(Karezip) on the 1st floor. If there's any inconveniences, we will handle them!

You can experience the exuberant spirits of young students as well as antique atmosphere of old downtown. Large campus of the University of Seoul is great for taking a stroll and prices are relatively reasonable compared to other areas of Seoul.
