The room was awful. One of the windows has a blind that only goes half way down and the bottom half of the window is frosted. This meant that the room was so light all night and I couldn’t sleep. The rooms in serious need of redecorating - marks all over the room. Was generally clean and good location Breakfast was awfuk. Zero selection.

The place is very convenient. The room is clean when we got there but they dont do regular room cleaning. We had to request 2 times before granted. We stayed for a week so it was hard to do all the cleaning our selves. Staff are very polite but Not too many speak english. The bathroom is complete and hot water is available all the time. The beds are very firm.

Right at the heart of Myeongdong Shopping district

I initially got lost. You need to walk within Myeongdong to find it. It's not like you will spot it as soon as you come out of Exit 7 or 8. But it is still a close walk to the subway or better, right at the heart of Myeongdong shopping. The night manager speak little english. But the morning and afternoon staff can. Overall, I had a great time in Seoul. The advantages far outweighs the disadvantages so I am leaving good review.

Location otherwise overall, I will not recommend this property. Why? 1. Very small room 2. Small towels as in small 3. Free breakfast but no variety, ham, toast, cereals, noodles, eggs- everyday 4. Questionable cleaning process, you can see the towels by the stairs being dried up near trash bins 5. They don’t clean rooms everyday- you have to pay extra to have it clean 6. No staff available after 9 pm 7. Centralized aircondition for all the rooms- we have to complain about befire they turn in the aircondition

4인실 패밀리룸이라 싱글배드에 벙커배드가 있어 좁은건 이해하겠으나 객실 문 입구에 대형 비상구표시등이 있으면 어떻게 자라는 건지... 방에 불을 다 끄면 초록색 비상구 등 불이 환하게 켜져있어 잘수 없음. 원래 객실이 아닌 복도구역을 막아서 객실로 만들었는지 배전반등등 모두 이빙에 있음.

良かった点は、部屋は綺麗で朝食が以前宿泊した施設より断然良かった。スタッフの方々も親切でした。 マイナス点は2段ベッドの3人部屋を利用したが部屋が狭すぎて荷物を置くにも取り出すのも大変でした。 これは宿泊施設だけの問題だけでは無いと思いますが、チェックインが遅くなるとエクスペディアさんから連絡して貰っているのに、到着したら施設は真暗で誰も居ない。 仕方がないので近くの風呂屋に泊まって無駄な出費が必要になり、何の為にエクスペディアさんから連絡して貰っているのか、本当に連絡してくれているのか、そこが腹立たしいし、1日分の宿泊費を返金して欲しいくらいだ。

disappointing

reality so different to advertised hotel at the time of booking.... really run down.. nobody at reception when checking in, bad manners when I call someone to show up on the phone.... paper-thin walls, you can hear your neighbors.... tiny bathroom when u shower everything gets wet, even outside bathroom.. DO NOT COME HERE !

The location is very strategic just right in the middle of Myeondong shopping street. There is unpleasant smell from the toilet sanitary so need to make sure the toilet door is always closed. Also found some stain on the bed sheet.

深夜に到着しました。フロントは開いてませんが、指示通りの場所に鍵が用意されています。家族5人で泊まりましたが、ほぼ寝るだけなので充分でしたし、暖房がなくても暖かい部屋でした。シャワーの水圧や、お湯の出もよく部屋の清潔さや便利さには文句なしです。朝の朝食は人も多かったので利用しませんでしたが、近くに人気のトースト店もあり不便さは感じません。スタッフの方も感じがよく、とても愛想の良い方々です。次も利用します。
