It was a good stay, just that you barely got to see the staff and there was no room cleaning option. We stayed for two weeks which was still doable, but I guess just weird.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay !! Staff were super helpful. Great location with lots of restaurants in the area, super market only a few minutes away, and near subway and bus lines. Overall was super impressed for the price we paid.

The hotel is in an alley, looks bad outside but inside is clean, spacious room, free coffee, soft drink, near subway station. Nice staff, they even lent me 220-110 V adaptor. There is no room service, you have bring garbage and towels out but these are not big deal.

The hotel staff at check in was very friendly. But it was nothing like the photos, the room I got was old and dirty. I smelled mould and there was dust and mould everywhere. I think the price was too high for that quality of a room. I ended up booking a different hotel.

The quality to price ratio was great. With a bus stop 2 minutes away and the subway just over 5 minutes, I made all my appointments early. There were coffee, tea and water available at all times in the lobby. The smell from someone smoking did irritate me as my lungs don't tolerate cigarette smoke well. But that was only a periodical inconvenience.

-The stars are rated according to the price, for the cheap price it was a good deal. -One of the staff didn't speak much English, the other one could speak English well. They were kindly flexible with my check-in time. -There's a lot of restaurants, a big Lotte Mart grocery store and a Daiso (home items) nearby. Two metro stations nearby and buses. Clothes and other shopping you'd have to go towards central Seoul. -The hotel room was clean, some moldiness in the bathroom that I have had in all cheap Korean apartments. Aircon and TV worked, and remote control for TV-aircon-lights had English instructions. I used my own Wifi but there was a mediocre connection in the room also. You could get into your room 24/7, overall a good stay!

部屋が広くバスタブがあり(デラックスのみ？)、不潔ではないのに1泊5,000円前後という超絶コスパの良さ。 しかし窓のすぐ外が隣のビルの壁で自然光が入らなかったりする。 タオルは自分で交換、ポットはあるがコーヒー類はなく、掃除は有料でリクエストと言った、まるでホテル版LCC。 代わりに、コーヒー類、お菓子類、ラーメンなどの無人販売コーナーがロビーにある。 ウォーターサーバーの水と化粧水乳液は無料。 一般的な観光地からは離れるが、2駅利用可能で近くにバス停もあるので、アクセスは悪くない。

ベットは硬い。硬いのが好きな人は寝れる。 シャワーを浴びるとトイレも全部濡れる。 そして排水溝は詰まって流れなくなり、入ってる途中で電気と換気扇が自動で消える。 非常に不便な思いをした。 2日目、3日目のバスタオルは、バスマットを渡される。 バスタオルを下さいと言うと、ため息をついて 毛布みたいな生地の全く水を吸わないタオルを渡されました。 タオル系に期待すると詰む。

コスパ重視の方にお勧めのホテルです。 古めの建物ですが必要十分なメンテナンスはされています。 広い通りからわずかに奥まったところにあるので分かりづらいかもしれません。 応対いただいたスタッフさんは日本語を話され親切丁寧で安心感がありました。 2泊しましたがシーツ交換や清掃はなく、それで構わないと思います。 バスタオルは4枚準備されていました。 シャワールームにはシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、歯磨き(歯ブラシはなし)、石鹸があります。 室内にはヘアドライヤー、紙コップ多数、ティッシュペーパー、櫛、乳液、スマホ充電ケーブルなどがあります。 スマホ充電ケーブルは通電はするものの、なぜか充電はできなかったため、持参していたケーブルで充電しました。 WiFiは問題なく利用できました。 リモコンはテレビ、エアコン、照明を1つで操作できるマルチタイプです。 。 テレビは全て韓国語のチャンネルです。 パソコンも設定は韓国語で、言語を変更する案内が添えてあればよかったかと思いました。 冷蔵庫には無料の水のボトル2本、缶コーヒー1本、缶ジュース1本があります。

ただ寝るだけの男の一人旅ならお勧めします。地下鉄ミア駅から歩いて７分です。沿道には食べ物屋、コンビニもあります。明洞などと違って日本語の表示がないまちなみは新鮮で気に入りました。ホテルは路地裏に位置するので分かりにくいかもしれませんが夜は怪しいネオン看板が灯りますのですぐにわかります。部屋には大きなテレビとパソコンまでありました。気になった点として部屋の入口を入ったら歩いただけでボコッと床がへこむのにはビックリしました。これはさすがにアウトです。急いで直した方が良いです。これがなければ個人的は何の不満もなく気を使う必要のないホテルです。

ソウル駅や明洞からは少し離れた駅にありますが駅から近いです。 ロッテマートやローカルなレストランなども宿の近くにあって便利でした。 安価に宿泊できてコストパフォーマンス抜群ですし、何より宿の人がすごく親切でした。 ありがとうございました!

4日間滞在しました。オンドルが暖かく快適に過ごせました。2つのスーツケースを開ける事ができお部屋の広さも良かったです。 階段しかなく、荷物を運ぶのに苦労しました。 朝、お部屋を出ると他の部屋の前にゴミが出してあり、真似して出してみました。 先に説明をしていただきたかったです。
