Very safe, clean, and quiet. You have your own cubbie to sleep in. There are several rules that you have to abide by. But because of these rules you have this sense of safety and comfort. They have separate floors for female and male guest. Several showers and toilets. They offer laundry service which cost 10,000 won. It’s not bad, seeing as they’re doing all the work. They have a very basic breakfast, but I mean I just walked around the area and got local breakfast. The area is very active at night not as active compared to Itaewon but it’s still lively. It’s only a 15 min walk to Myeongdong street market. It’s a one min walk to Cheonggyecheon stream. So location is actually not bad at all.

特に清潔というわけではないが、とても居心地がよく過ごしやすい。なりよりコスパがよいので次回も是非宿泊したいと思う。立地もよく地下鉄でもバスでも徒歩でも動きやすい。

良かった点 ・早く到着したが、韓国人のオーナーがとても親切で、ロッカー番号や10時以降のドア暗証番号・入力方法を事前に教えてくれ、15時前にチェックインできた ・カーテンが分厚く、ウッド調で清潔感のある半個室タイプ。カーテンを閉めて消灯すると真っ暗になり、よく眠れた ・宿泊スペースでは暖房の管理がしっかりされており、夜も暖かく過ごせた ・宿泊者は全体的に朝昼夜とも静かに過ごす人が多く、基本的には快適。土日は少し騒がしい印象 ・部屋にはフック2か所、ハンガー1本、鏡付き。枕はふかふかで、布団は薄いが暖かい ・マットレス横に隙間があり、服や洗面道具などを置けるスペースがある ・スーツケース用の収納棚が新設され、共用スペースが整理されていた ・共用の冷蔵庫・冷凍庫が使用可能で、名前・部屋番号・チェックアウト日を書いて管理できる ・掃除時間が決まっており、複数のスタッフが丁寧に清掃している様子を見かけた ・シャワー室はコンクリート調で清潔感があり、フックが4か所あって荷物を掛けやすい ・トイレ2個のみの場所と、トイレ2個＋シャワー3個の場所がそれぞれ2か所あり、数は比較的充実している ・立地が良くどこへ移動するにも便利だった ・周辺に有名チェーン店のカフェが多数ありコンビニも複数あるため良かった 気になった点 ・常にフロントにスタッフがいるわけではなく、チェックイン方法が分からず戸惑うゲストを何人も見かけた ・4階の女性専用フロアに、誤って男性がチェックインしに来る場面があった ・朝食に燻製卵があるとの口コミがあったが、現在は提供されていない ・冷蔵庫は満タンな日が多く、常温保管可能な乾麺などを大量に入れてスペースを占有する人がいた ・アラーム禁止にもかかわらず、隣の人のアラームが止まらず鳴り続けた ・イヤホンをせずに音を出してスマホを見る人や、寝るエリアにも届く声でロビーにて長時間会話する人がいた ・スタッフは私服やロゴTシャツなど服装が統一されておらず、ゲストと同じ宿泊スペースで寝ている人もいるようだった。外国のスタッフは親切な印象はあまりない ・タオルは1日2枚で、ハンドドライヤーで手を乾かすように注意書きがあるが、手を1度洗っただけで使用しランドリーに出す人をみた。そして、夜タオルが足りなくなっている日があった ・シャワー室に髪の毛が残っていることが多い。清掃後も残っていることがあった ・洗面台やトイレの使い方が日によって汚く、タオルや私物を放置する人がいた ・トイレとシャワーが同じ空間にあり、シャワー中に用を足されると匂いが気になった ・トイレットペーパーは流せず、下水の匂いが気になることがある。注意書きがあるにもかかわらず紙が流してあり、詰まっていることもあった ・共用設備を他の人も使うことを意識せずに使うゲストが多い印象 トラブル・不安点 ・チェックアウト前日に、自分のロッカーが別のゲストに割り当てられており、開けると知らない人の荷物が入っていて驚いた ・自分の靴が入っているにもかかわらず、勝手に靴の向きを変えられており、管理面に不安を感じた 総評 宿泊費がかなり安いことを考えると、設備の快適さや立地、オーナーの対応を含めてめちゃくちゃお得。 マナーや運営面で気になる点はあるものの、「安さ重視・寝る場所が快適ならOK」という人にはコスパ最強クラスのドミトリー。

３泊しました。 眠るスペースはとても静かで朝まで熟睡できました💤 洗濯をお願いしたら洗われておらず 液体洗剤がシミのようにかかっているだけでした😂きっと洗い忘れたのだと思います 全体的にはまた泊まりたいと思います♪

10泊しました。 最初はカプセルホテルに抵抗があったので しんどかったら他のホテルに変えればいいと思って泊まりました。 結果、次からもここを選ぼうと思いました。 まずとにかく立地がいいこと。 バスの多い通りがすぐ近くでそこに地下鉄の駅もあります。 夜中でも24時間営業のお店もそこそこあり ビルの一階にはセブンイレブン。 忙しい日でも食事に困ることはありませんでした。 また、中は必ず毎日何人ものスタッフさんで お昼に掃除をされていて、掃除がすごく行き届いてるので心地よかったです。 寝る部屋のところには靴とバゲッジの持ち込みが禁止でしたがバゲッジ用ロッカーも完備。 ただ大きいものは入りません。 ですが私含め多くの人がロッカーを使わず ロッカー付近にバゲッジを並べて置いてました。 監視カメラも沢山あるので安心して置いていいよとのことでした。 バゲッジの整理はロッカー付近や共有スペースでしましたが フロアには女性だけなので気になりませんでした。 靴は下駄箱ようなものがあり、そこに貸出のスリッパがあったのでそれを使うようでしたが 私は知らなかったため持参したスリッパを使いました。 シャワールームには服などを置くスペースがなく、フックのみなので 服を入れておけるカバン、袋が役立ちました。 タオルの貸出はあります。 シャワールーム内にはボディソープとシャンプーはありましたがコンディショナーはないので持っていかない方は注意が必要です。 又、シャワールーム内に無いところもあったので確認してからシャワールームを使うといいと思いました。 なにより長期滞在に嬉しかったのが洗濯をしてくれるという点です。 コインランドリーに持って行って終わりまで待つ必要がなく 10,000ウォンを現金で渡して洗濯をしてもらい 終わったら畳んでカゴに入った状態で部屋の前に置いておいてくれました。 トイレは紙を流すことが出来ず 隣に置いてあるゴミ箱に捨てるスタイルでしたが 韓国なので仕方ないかな、と思いました。 言語は英語がメインです。 1人だけ韓国人の男性スタッフがいたのですが 常にいる訳では無く、ほとんどが外国人スタッフでした。 寝るカプセルの部分はカーテンだったので音など気になるかと思いましたがとにかくほとんどの時間が静かすぎるくらいでした。 自分が着替える音ですら少し気を使うくらいでしたが それだけ泊まってる方が気を使って泊まってる感じでした。 トータルすごくおすすめです。
