It was not like what I saw on the website. I made reservation with two queen size beds but they gave us a single bed. Additionally, the room was very dark and poorly lit, the towels were dirty and very old. I tried to contact Expedia but when I was chatting with Expedia’s virtual assistant, the communication was cut off. I want a full refund for this terrible experience.

옆인지 위인지 밤새 시끄럽고, 벽지와 문은 뜯겨진 자국이 있었으며 문도 얇아서 복도에 다니는 소리가 크게 났습니다. 침구는 낡았고, 화장실 바닥은 미끌거렸습니다. 다른 방은 어떤지 모르겠지만.. 손님을 받으면 안 되는 컨디션의 룸이었습니다. 사진에는 나오지 읺았던 방입니다. 원래 손님을 받는 방인지도 모르겠네요..
