Room was very small but bed and bedding was quite comfortable. Shower was good with decent products provided. But one wall in the bedroom was very grimy and stained. The staff were not very friendly and did not make you feel like a valued guest; There were many signs and rules telling you what you mustn’t do! (And a poster promising you a gift if you gave a good review online!). The hotel is located in a backstreet area, not sure I would feel comfortable walking there alone at night, on the plus side there was a nearby subway station.

I arrived at Incheon Airport at 10:00 p.m., so I checked into the hotel around 11:30 p.m. I was relieved to find a staff member there. I requested the lower bunk of the bed, but it was not available, so I had to climb up for 4 days with a lot of danger. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I was satisfied with the low price. I will use it again.

The hotel rooms are so small you cannot imagine. We couldn’t even fit our babies stroller in the room. It’s not like why was shown in pictures. They only have 1 presidential suite in the whole hotel from what they mentioned and that is what’s shown in pictures.

Do not stay even if solo

I stayed in a women's dorm. I felt sorry for myself in my bed situation. It was hard for me to climb up and down just to get up to pee at night. Space is so cramped. No space for anything. 1 towel and not even a full regular towel. Too noisy, just awful.

First the photo that is in your profile, is nothing real, when you arrived you think that you are in the wrong place, there is nothing compared to the photo, I had paid from the 7th to the 20th, also in the add stated that it was the last room lie, and nonrefundable , since it last room got it, and then couple hours later they had a room and refundable. I stay in there only 2 days lost all that money, I had to moved to a better hotel. I will never again used your services, and before putting an add for a place check it out to be sure, that is real, the rooms to small in top, no room service or phone. For less that I paid in that hotel, I am staying in a better hotel. I am staying at Courtyard Marriott, so your recommendation was bad .

部屋に入ると清掃が行き届いておらず、椅子に汚れが付いており、洗面所からはお湯しか出ませんでした。 また、部屋の窓が閉まらず、工事が始まったため音がうるさかったです。 それをスタッフに伝えるとドライバーで修理するためベッドに登られました。 部屋を替えてほしいと伝えたが満室だと断られました。 割引等をしてもらえるか聞いたところ、社長に確認すると言われたまま何も伝えられず何人ものスタッフに同じ説明を繰り返しました。

すぐ隣にあったemart24がなくなってしまったのが残念だが、それでも近くにコンビニはあるので困ることはなかった。 ホテル周りが暗く夜は少し怖いが、バスの利便性がよく出かけやすい。 朝食は毎日同じだが十分なメニュー。 エレベーターが一台なのでかなり待つ。 コスパよく泊まれたのでよかった。

子供と2人で泊まりました。 部屋の窓は、きちんと締まらなくて隙間風が入ってきて朝方とても寒かったです。 タオルはフェイスタオル1枚でバスタオルは無しです。シャワーを浴びてたら下に隙間があってので水が漏れました。 それ以外、部屋は清潔にしてあったし良かったです！ シャワー、トイレが曇りガラス張りなので友達と行った時などは恥ずかしくて泊まれません。
