Hi. this is raon guesthouse. First of all, I am sorry for feeling inconvience. now I am going to answer your points. 1.Our korean style guesthouse is not using Bed thick Mattress. Instead of that, we are using Memory form mattress most poeple liked and reviewed. 2. We have water purifier machin on the 2nd floor any time you can go and drink. and also you can buy water bottle in the 2nd floor. I am explaining when the guests check in. 3. For the back packers, I am trying to keep our price lowest compare to the other korean style guesthouses. Thank you.

안녕하세요. 라온게스트하우스입니다. 저희숙소에서 불편한 잠을 주무시고 가셨다니 죄송합니다. 우선 말씀하신내용에 대하여 답변드리겠습니다. 저희 욕실은 바깥에 공용화장실로 방안까지 냄새가 날수 없습니다. 벽지는 2년전에 새로한 벽지이며, 매 손님마다 이불을 빨래중입니다. 또한 조식은 안드시는분이 많아 조식은제공하지 않은 숙박상품만 저렴하게 판매중이고, 혹시 필요하신분을 위하여 마진거의 없이 편의점과 비슷한 가격에 인스턴트제품(라면, 볶음밥)을 판매중입니다. 돈독이 오르신다고 하셨는데, 제가 여행을 좋아하여 인당 3만원 정도에 주무실수 있게 숙소를 운영중입니다. 2년반전부터 제가 직접 운영중이며, 좋은 평은 다들 보시면 아시겠지만 모두 최신평입니다. 벨을 눌렀을때 주인이 나오는곳은 대문바로 붙어있는 사무실이며, 안전을 위하여 마당만 CCTV로 움직임을 감지합니다. 저희 숙박업소는 경복궁 바로옆에 있는 한옥 게스트하우스입니다.
