This is an unstaffed hotel. You can talk to an intercom to interact with a staff person. Room was very small for 4 people- 226 sq ft. Room was clean and tidy. There was construction on the street outside which was noisy. The windows are covered with paper so you have no view. The clothes washer didn't want to open after we washed clothes. Needed to fool around with it for about 15 minutes to get it to open. The bathroom flooded due to a slow/backed up drain and wouldn't drain. We left after 1 night and checked into a different hotel.

Check in is through kiosk. Only one key issued. No real person available. Two separate contacts for help. One for Kiosk related and one for everything else. Hotel had strong sewer odor in one room.
