This was my second stay in this hotel. I stayed here for the BTS comeback show. Breakfast was great, but I expected I could eat a more traditional Korean breakfast, like kimchi. The tastes were so amazing! I could talk with staffs in Japanese, so I was so surprised and happy. I hope I stay again! Thank you for a great stay here.

The hotel’s location is excellent and the Airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel which is very convenient for the airport users. The staffs were very kind and helpful. Overall I really enjoyed staying there. I will consider to use it again next time visit to Seoul.

It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff there was very friendly too. The one thing I didn't love was that the walls were a bit thin, and we could hear neighbors if they were being loud.

The room carried an elegant, timeless charm that spoke to its rich history. Though some elements reflected the passage of time, everything was well-maintained and tastefully preserved. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view of the Han River. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay — the ambiance was warm and refined, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience was delightful. Kim Bohyun at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She gave us a free room upgrade and answered all questions we had. Plus she had to deal with our super heavy luggage twice! She was a star. Hotel room was nice, if small. It had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the Han river plus the airport limousine bus stop was right outside. Wish we could’ve had more time at this great hotel.

It’s old charm from inside. Clean and comfortable. Dint like the AC being centralised, not able to adjust in the room. Room was pretty warm in April. Had to ask for fan and it was given. Kensington Hotel Yeouido Seoul is very convenient to get to from Incheon Airport as there is a 6007 airport limousine bus stop right in front of the hotel. It's also a 5-minute walk from National Assembly Station on Line 9, and there are several city bus stops around the hotel, making public transportation very convenient. There are a variety of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores around the hotel, and Yeouido Park is nearby, making it great for walks. IFC Mall and The Hyundai Seoul are also close by, making it convenient for shopping. In anticipation of the upcoming Christmas season, the lobby is beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations. The staff are friendly, and the room cleaning is done thoroughly every day, which is great. I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room for 6 days, and the room size was quite spacious. The view from the window was honestly disappointing. The most inconvenient thing was the bathroom. There was no shower curtain or shower door in the bathtub, which made showering very inconvenient, and since the bathroom had a wet-room design with tiled floors, it was uncomfortable to stand barefoot because my feet got cold. Compared to the impressive exterior of the hotel, the room was honestly not very good.

I was shocked to find such poor quality in a four-star hotel in Seoul. The washroom door didn’t close properly, and there were lots of bugs in the room. The temperature and air quality control were also terrible.

Even though I only stayed for one night, this hotel left a truly lovely impression on me. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff welcomed me with such kindness and care, and their thoughtful explanations made me feel instantly at ease. The room was cozy and peaceful, with a wonderfully comfortable bed that allowed me to fully relax after a long day.
