Hotel staff at the front desk are rude and completely unhelpful. The hotel is central to everything, next to a beautiful park and so convenient to subway so I always book this place for my mom but honestly the front desk workers were the rude & condescending.

The room was cozy and lovely. The shower room's door lock was broken but it didn't concern me that much. The staffs were nice and well-trained. Hope I can re-visit again next time :)

Good. The room was very small and the windows needed cleaning, but otherwise, a comfortable stay.

It doesn't stand out from the outside, but the inside has a calm atmosphere. There is no bathtub, but the shower booth is convenient. The beds are well made. You can watch YouTube on the TV, and it was great to be able to watch NHK and Korean channels that broadcast Japanese dramas. The breakfast has few varieties and the same menu every day, so you get bored after four nights. However, this is not a reason not to book this hotel. It is one of the hotels I would recommend.
