First 3 days I was in a room with a bathroom that was way too small for me to use the toilet since I'm so tall. Please make sure next time I get a bigger bathroom with no wall in front of the toilet. Thanks

What a gem, absolutely loved this place. Only reasons for 4 star was the not so smooth check in we had, and the price is on the higher end compare to other hotels. Would still recommend!

Requested 2 rooms in the sand floor but didn’t arrange, got to see my kids in another floor made us inconvenient. So we request moving luggage on the 2nd day also were rejected, we had to check out 12 then check in again on 3pm, how could 4 tourists make it? It’s hotel arrangement problem (hotel offer us to change one room to the same floor on 2nd day). Also long line in breakfast everyday (we stayed 5 days), won’t stay here again

had a great stay at the holiday inn seoul hongdae location. the location was absolutely amazing to be only a few blocks away from the heart of it all being close to the train station and having a taxi stand nearby made it so easy to get in and out of this location the check in was quick and painless - in and with keys in less than 5 minutes. the staff was great and helped us with any questions including bag storage after we left and checked out the room itself was very modern and lovely. larger size hotel room and felt the value was worth it!

Made a request but check in staff had no intentions, since this was a special occasion for my daughter. Also, terrible arrangement for the breakfast buffet, long queue but not much food left, mostly empty trays. We had once and gave up for the rest of the periods. Very disappointing!

Best location and stay
Good location, except for a lack of shelter from the nearest exit of the subway station to the entrance of hotel. Not a big problem except when it’s raining. Hotel is link to AK plaza - so traffic is higher, but CU right at the doorstep which is convenient. Within walking distance to Hongdae walking street with fantastic food choices. Can be slightly noisy on weekend nights. Hotel staff was helpful and service impeccable. Rooms were clean - though windows were hard to open. In winter they turned off the AC. Slight peeve with the bathroom design, no lock and 2-way door is slightly awkward. Buffet breakfast slightly crowded, can have more variety. Overall, amazing stay!

The location of the hotel is so convenient. Just a minute walk from Hongik University Station Exit 5. It is a 1st choice if you take airport train transfer. Staff are also very friendly. Excellent experience!

As a non Korean speaking guest I was very happy with the manner of staff in their communications and interactions with my wife and me. In relation to a dietary requirement (coeliac disease) on day 1 (of 7 days) we received advice from a chef. We mislaid a small item of property in the dining room and the staff located it and returned it to use personally the next day.

The place is very accessible to everything. Staff are very nice especially the front desk. They even give us service to store our luggage even we already check out. The best hotel in Seoul!
