The property itself if very comfortable and warm during winter. It also felt safe and secure. As usual with guest houses and hostels your experience may vary depending on who the fellow guests are especially when sharing rooms so keep this in mind.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Never met the host in person but she responded by text. Only two suggestions - i) better to change the door passcode every time with a new guest, for guest's security, ii) improve the water heater condition so water can be hotter.

Stayed in suite 102 with 2 bedrooms. Smelled of fungus due to humidity inside the property. Bathroom sink is clogged and very slow to drain. I informed the host, but did not get any reply. I would spend a little more to stay at a better place in Hongdae area.

You do get what you paid for. If you’re coming during the winter This is kind of a far walk from HONG DAE ST. Almost 20 min. Thankfully it was just me in my room and i could lock it from inside. Otherwise there could of been someone on the other bed. Shared restroom with another room. Poor lighting and feel weird going to the restroom, so many hairs from other people. I don’t think i would stay here again, I rather pay a little more for a more convenient location.

場所は若者の街ホンデに位置し交通の便は良好！チックインは予め部屋のロックのパスワードが送られて来るシステム。システムを理解してなかったのでチックイン時にあたふたしてしまい女性スタッフを困らせてしまった。普通に部屋のロックを解除し6人ドミトリーに入る。二段ベッド下段は埋まってだので上段へ、ベッド指定はされておらず、先ほどの女性スタッフが来て好きなところでOKとオチャメに微笑んでくれた！共用キッチンにレンジ、シャワー兼トイレが一ヶ所。特に使用が被ることもなく快適だった。宿は通りから入り込んでいるので静か！部屋のメンバーも行儀が良いので熟睡できた。周辺もカフェや食堂、コンビニもたくさんあり便利な立地。一回利用すれば次回は困らないと思うので機会があれば、また利用したい！

パスコードが当日3時以後しか届かないので本当にホテルに入れるかストレスでした。オーナーのカイリーさんはとても親切で良い人でした。キッチン付きで便利！低価格が続くのであれば半年後また宿泊します。

チェックインするときにカカオトークか電話で連絡とのことだったが、カカオトークは持っていないし、電話番号も海外では使えないプランなのでチェックインが不便。また、ベッドから汗のような匂いがした。値段を考えれば妥当かも。

곰팡이와 친구합니다^^

단독주택을 게하로 만들어서 우선 많이 어수선하구요 주인은 한국인인데, 직원은 외국인 남여를 두셔서 그 분들만 계세요. 그리고 한국말을 거의 뜨문뜨문 하세요.ㅜ,ㅜ 외국에 가서 여권이나 신분증을 확인하는건 봤지만 여긴 직원이 주민번호 뒷부분을 가리고 사진을 찍어요 주인에게 보내주기 위한건지 뭔지는 모르겠지만 이게 아주 기분이 나쁘더라구요 거기까지는 그래도 어찌저찌 투숙정보때문이구나 해서 참을만한데 방이 참.. 트윈룸을 예매했는데 장마가 오래라 벽에 곰팡이 꽃들이 마구 피어있어요 벽면만이면 그나마 이해가 가는데 바닥도 끈적거리고 전반적으로 좀 충격적이었어요 그런데 홈에는 코로나로 2단계 청소가 되어있다는 안내 문구가 있어서ㅋㅋ 에어컨 내부는 곰팡이로 그득 검어요ㅜ,ㅜ 도착한 시간만 아니었으면 그냥 나갔을텐데 그날 너무 피곤해서 우선 제가 대충 30분 정도 청소하고 묵었는데 게하는 세번째인데 앞으로 게하는 믿고 걸러야겠다 싶을정도로 별로였어요. 그래도 외국인 남자분이 그나마 친절했고 여자분은 뭔가 전혀 도와주시지 않더라구요 여자분이 안내해주길 바랬었는데ㅜ,ㅜ 후기를 이렇게 쓰는편이 아닌데 연남동 게하에 머무를 거라면 여기는 좀 고려해보셨으면 해요^^ 공동 도미토리는 안 묵어봐서 잘 모르지만 우선 개별룸은 정말 힘들었어요! 날 좋아졌으니 도배와 청소를 하신다면 모르겠네요!!

열흘정도 일때문에 잠만 잘 곳이 필요해서 이용 했습니다. 일반 주택 구조라서 안락하게 잘 사용했습니다. 총 4층으로 구성된듯 하구요. 저는 4층 여성전용 6인 도미토리룸을 사용했습니다. 제가 사용한 방 외에 2개의 방이 더 있는 듯했는데 코로나 기간이라 이용객은 없었습니다. 화장실, 침실, 거실이나 이불, 소품등의 청결상태는 괜찮았습니다. 저와 다른 여성 한 분만 사용 중이라 욕실 이용에는 전혀 어려움이 없었지만 여행객이 많을 시기에는 4층에 욕실이 하나 뿐이라 욕실 사용이 조금 어려울 수도 있겠다고 생각했네요~그리고 지금 여성 6인실에 중국인 한 분이 장기 사용중이신 듯 한데 공간을 본인 마음대로 사용하는 느낌이 있네요. 늦은밤에 등 하나만 남기고 소등하면 굳이 바로 나와서 다켜놓고 비가와서 너무 추워서 창문을 살짝 닫으면 바로 일어나서 활짝 다 열어놓고를 반복했네요. 장기 거주분은 좀 관리를 하실 필요가 있을듯 합니다.

Made a rather last minute booking so in some sense it was value for money. Room was quiet since it wasn't full. Would have preferred very much if the shower and the toilet cubicle were separate. Other than the pleasant and friendly foreign male volunteer/worker whom I met at check-in and check-out, service is just okay. If you are looking for a quiet stay alone, this would be suitable. If you are looking for more social and lively stays though, this might not be for you.

The guest house says: be quit after 11pm, but the noiest one is staff themselves. Washing machine keep running after 12pm. Using hair dryer , playing games in living room after 12pm. It's the noiest guest house I have never seen.
