It is like a Travelodge near the Coex exhibition mall. Very small and compact room with hardly any space to move around. It was clean and conveniently located for the exhibition centre which can be accessed by the two exists - Exit 7 and Exit 3 in the Bungeusa station via underground pathway. Not sure that it can be graded as a four star property by any means. There was no breakfast included in the booking which was a drawback but had starbucks and mega coffee and coffee bean near by. It was more of an affordable choice for us near the exibition hall rather than a holiday hotel

Overall, the staff were very kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. However, there were a few issues with the room that affected my stay. My bed was not made on one of the days, the shower overflowed on a couple of occasions, and the bidet worked inconsistently. While I appreciated the staff’s hospitality and efforts, the room maintenance and housekeeping could use some improvement.

Hotel in 9 was a great stay in Seoul, especially for anyone wanting to be near the Olympic district. The location was excellent—close to a bus line and within easy walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and local spots. The staff was very helpful and friendly, including assisting us with calling a taxi when needed. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and convenient experience. I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a well-located hotel in Seoul.

I loved this hotel. Quiet area. I upgraded to a room on a higher floor. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. Slept better here than at home. Great location with Coex Mall across the street. Subway and bus stop right next to the hotel. Favorite coffee shop and Olive Young within steps. Left cash in safe and they saved for me. Will return to this new favorite hotel in new favorite city.

Easy access from ICN and GMP. Airport limo busses 6103 and 6006 stop close by. Subway is right in front, Olive Young is a block away, Lotte grocery store is a block and a half away. Right next door to the Lamborghini Showroom. If you get the city view you have a view of the temple across the street. Staff was friendly and always available. There is a late check out option, which is great!
