[Gangnam] Fully furnished High-end residence with two rooms

What is the most important thing among these to you? I, personally, think "shelter" is the most. Whichever your purpose is among business trip, traveling and long-term living, I hope my place would be your sweet home during your staying. I support your day.
Easy access to major tourist places; Garosu-gil (Sinsa), Gwanghwamun, Gyeongbuk Palace, Bukchon, etc. without transferring from Nambu Terminal Station (5mins on foot)

Master room: queen size bed, dress room + Single size floor bedding set (This is upon request)
Second room: Queen size sofa bed for over 3 persons' staying
Kitchen: basic cooking tools (Oil, salt and sugar), fridge-freezer, (microwave) oven
Living room: TV, sofa, sofa table
Pantry: washing machine, clothes drying rack
Washroom: 1 set of towel (1 face towel and 1 bath towel) per person

* Notice: Please do not use extras (towel, beddings and etc.) except prepared things per guests. If used, extra fee is charged. If you need help, plesae feel free to let me know.

* In case of serious staining of bedding and towels, additional laundry fee may be charged. In case of blood stains, replacement fee will be charged instead of laundry fee. (We cannot provide it to other guests for cleanliness reasons.)
