Some of the staff were not helpful, untrained in basic check-in procedures. Hair dryer was filled with dust! Basic amenities such as toothbrush/ toothpaste are to be purchased, Water pressure was terribly low for showers as well. Highly unrecommended
Hotel was located near walking distance from Apgujeong station which gets you almost everywhere you’d want to go. The only small thing that could have made the experience better is the property’s cafe which was literally a self-service nespresso bar.
This was my second stay at Four Points Sheraton Gangnam. As usual, their service and facilities were phenomenal. The location is fantastic as well and in walking distance to great restaurants and activities. I'll certainly be back.
My stay put me in a constant state of frustration. The staff were polite but could not help me resolve any of the many issues inexperienced during my 8 night stay. Truly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered
Fantastic stay. I was out near the top on 22nd floor with an excellent view of the city. Some of the drawers were slightly broken, but wasn’t bothersome. Service was phenomenal. Location excellent and near plenty of things in Apkujong.
