Good location, easy to walk to many places, close to buses and really close to subway Great communication with host Common room at reception with little kitchen, lockers Dorm was nice, with lockers, but there are no fitted sheet, only a felty blanket so it moves when you sleep and it is wayyyy too warm for a lot of people. It would be nice to have regulars sheets + the blanket, as there was no way to open the AC or turn the heat down, so it was too warm.

It's a Hostel, plain and simple.
It's basically a hostel or as my aunt called it, a cellblock. We just needed it for one night, so it was fine for us. Not used to the not flushing toilet paper. The beds weren't very comfortable and every time somebody above you moved, it squeaked. Close enough to other better hotels which gives good meeting places for tours.

Simple Bed and Breakfast Stay
Hassle free check-in however is a really small room with 2 bunk beds. No table nor chair provided. Only hangers are given. Towels were changed daily however its more like face towel to us. Toilet has no curtains and shadow can be seen. Toilet also not heated and extremely cold during winter so as the seat of the toilet bowl.Breakfast are self made kind with bread and eggs.

It was the cheapest I could find during the busy holiday season. Don’t expect too much from this place, the amenities are basic. Plus the neighbors in the room we we’re in were noisy past 1130pm, banging doors and whiny kids... i would not suggest it if you have early plans for the day as you won’t get enough rest due to the noise.

dated place with a very basic breakfast
Stayed 3 nights and on the third night there was no hot water and it was freezing so couldn’t have a cold shower. There was no one at the front desk as they had left for the day so no one could help us. By the next morning there was hot water again. Breakfast was bread, jam and weak dilute coffee and they supply eggs which you have to cook yourself. The bathroom wasn’t overly clean, the rooms had central heating which was set so so warm and could not be changed. Place is very dated. On a positive note the family that run it seem very nice even though they didn’t really speak much English so we couldn’t communicate

Safe place
Host was quite considerate of guests. This is perfect location to go around Seoul area. No matter how late you get back, the area is safe and secure.

Recommended.
Recommended place to stay for a no frills experience with some eggs for breakfast. The lounge (and therefore fridge) close at 11 pm. We had a private room, with 2 bunk beds (4 beds total). Free lockers to store stuff during your stay. Another shared bathroom available, if needed. Minor issues would be too small towels, and only a sheet to cover you in the room.

Good location as it's near to the subway station & a local dry market that offers all sorts of things (including food & fruits) at affordable & reasonable price that the locals also go! Also there are a few convenient stores like 7-eleven & eating shops available too!

Awesome!
Our stay at "Dream Guest House" was amazing. Everyone was really nice. Our room was comfortable and clean. I also appreciated the free bread and eggs at breakfast. I would recommend!

Nice Place to Stay Near Subway Station
This is budget friendly hotel and very near subway station. Local stores near the area. It would be nice add warm welcome to guest. I like that the mister in the hotel is respectful, friendly and warm. Recommended for group travelers.

As advertised!
A great, family-owned place. They let me check in early both times I stayed here, which was great since it was so hot outside. Sometimes reception desk is not staffed, but you can call the number displayed and they come immediately down. Across the street from Namdaemun street market and about a 10-minute walk to Myeongdong market. Each room has its own bathroom, but it's also nice that there are large luggage lockers outside the rooms with an extra bathroom.

Location and Value for money
Near to airport bus stop from Incheon airport but be careful if you missed it you have to walk a long way. We took myeondong station exit 8 bus 6015 going to Incheon airport. 3mins Hoehyeon Stn exit 3. A walk to Namsan Park is around 10mins. Recommend to go there early morning or sunset. Cherry blossom trees just around the corner. CU convenience 3mins. walk. Namdaemun Gate 6 is a 3-min just across the street. Breakfast is self-service from 8-10Am. Owner accommodated our late night check-in and questions re: sightseeing. Shower at times very cold, but they'll fix it once you report. Quiet neighborhood. Overall satisfactory and commendable.

明洞、南大門、徒歩圏内、どこへ行くにも便利です。フェヒョン駅、3番出口から徒歩3分程度です。 6人部屋の女性共同ルームでしたが、日によって、違いはありますが、快適に過ごせました。 チェックアウト後も、スーツケースを預かってくれましたし、お値段以上だと思います。 また、使います。
