침대는 너무 협소해서 2명이 자기 조차 쉽지 않았습니다, Residence형식인데, 아무것도 업었습니다. 거실만 크고.. 침구류는 없고.. 실망이네요.

뷰 맛집 ! 시티뷰인데 확트이고 장마철 중에 날이 게어있을 때 딱 왔더니 너무 뷰만 바라봐도 행복했습니다~! 룸 컨디션이 좀 연식이 느껴져서 그렇지 위생상태는 괜찮았습니다 - 취사 가능한데 식기류는 좀 찝찝해서 안쓰게 되더라구요~~ 어메니티는 샴푸랑 바디샴푸, 비누 만 있어서~ 칫솔,치약 따로 챙겨야겠어요~! 5명이 편안히 잘 수 있는 침대가 구비된 방이 있어서 친구들 모임 편하게 할 수 있었습니다 -

오래된 레지던스입니다. 지인들과 나누었던 이야기는... 여름 성수기 강릉에 있는 어느 한 펜션 같다고 이야기 했습니다. 그 이유는.. 오래고 허술한 관리가 되어있는 비품들이 신경쓰였습니다. (가죽쇼파 가죽이 다 갈라져있음, 침대시트가 찢겨저 있음, 무너진 화장실 선반을 엉성하게 붙여두었음, 에어컨에 먼지가 가득 붙어있음 등) 저의 경우 친한 지인들끼리 편하게 놀기 위해서 선택한 곳이어서 그러한 것들은 별로 불편하지 않았지만 연인과.. 혹은 중요한 분과의 여행에서는 신경씌이실듯 합니다. 하지만 친구들과 편하게 배달 시켜먹고 쉬기에는 최-고 1층엔 편의점도 있고 배달도 바로 문앞까지 올수 있습니다!정말 친구집처럼 편히 놀기 좋았던 곳이에요. +장기로 숙박하시는 분들에게도 좋을것 같습니다. 풍경은 정말 좋았습니다.

뷰가 아주 좋고 위치가 훌륭해서 다니기 편했습니다. 아기를 데리고 있었어야해서 걱정이 많았는데 안락했어요. 집기류들이 좀 낡은 감이 있는데 깔끔해서 나쁘지 않았습니다.

Family

This was our second stay and book 2 bed rooms and was upgrade to a bigger room. The staffs was polite and friendly. There is a direct bus (6015) from the airport and stop in front of the apartment which is very convenient. It's near to Seoul station Chungjeongo station and Lotte Mart. We found out that take a taxi to the surrounding area is much more convenient, fast and cheaper especially when you travel with family of four. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

入住當晚室內溫度只有12度，請前台換房，竟然要我們去其他房睡覺，等明早有暖氣才返房間住。 我們住的一房一廳單位，房間內只有一張床，沒有床頭櫃，房門不能完全打開，只開一半就撞到床。 洗手間門也只能開一半而且已經爛了，淋浴間門不能關上，淋浴時水會流出門外。

Браун Сьютс Сеул. Мои впечатления.

В целом все неплохо и нас все устроило. Особенно порадовало место расположения, просторный размер семейных апартаментов, наличие всего необходимого. Было комфортно, почти все было исправно и работало (не работал фильтр питьевой воды, хотя имелся, было очень грязно во встроенном шкафу в прихожей). Хорошее соотношение цена - качество. Но, уже требуется реновация отеля, номера и их наполнение несколько изношены. В итоге - отель я рекомендую для некапризных клиентов, а сам - вернусь при сохранении имеющихся цен.

기대이상, 따뜻하고 좋았던 곳

다섯명이서 숙박했구요, 방2개 거실 드레스룸까지 좋았습니다. 최근 후기가 별로 없어서 걱정했는데 너무 좋았습니다. 너무 따뜻했구요... 덥기까지 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 들어가는 입구가 조금 볶잡했던거 빼고 다 좋았습니다! 너무 너무 만족했습니다.

シャワーの温度がぬるかった。調節の仕方があったのかもしれないけど説明がなく分からなかった。 トイレの鍵が壊れてたのかかからなかった。 床暖房がよかった。眺望もよかった。 フロントの方も一生懸命話を聞いて答えようとしてくれた。 駅から比較的近く、電車移動は楽だった

幼児連れにキッチンは便利で助かりました。 好きな物をロッテマートで買って調理する、で快適に過ごしました。 洗濯機も何とか使えました（洗剤は日本から持込）。毎日洗濯しても部屋が乾燥しているので翌朝には乾きます。 明洞までは多少歩きます。

とても快適に過ごしました。

長期の滞在だったので、洗濯機の付いてるホテルを探してました。とても広くて、大きいキャリーケースを広げても十分なくらいでした。またオンドルも暖かくてとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました！ありがとうございました！また利用させて頂きます！

Good for families

We stayed in 2 different rooms with a break in between. The second room was not as good as the first, some lights were flickering, the shower strength was a bit weak and water temperature fluctuates. The towel replacement is inconsistent with number of towels replaced every day and we have to call housekeeping almost daily. The wifi lost connection a couple of days and had to ask housekeeping for help again. However the service is always prompt and friendly. Overall the place is still good with a bit more space for 4 pax and the washer/dryer is a life saver. Also easy walking distance from a few subways on different lines.

좋아요 만약 현재 사시는 곳이 새 아파트라면 이곳이 낡았다고 생각하실수 있습니다. 하지만 하루 묵는데는 전혀 지장이 없으며 출장객이라면 모텔보다는 여기가 더 좋다고 생각합니다

The place is spacious for family of 4, just that only 1 toilet/ bathroom available. There's basic cleaning every day but not hotel level service. The space and in unit washer/ dryer makes up for cleaning service. The concierge is responsive and comes with the missing items quickly eg short on towels, whenever we call. The apartments are walking distance to a few different stations, and easy access with airport limousine.
