I got lots of mosquito bites on my arms, legs, and even my face - even though we stayed during the autumn :( cleanliness wasnโ€™t the best either, but honestly, if it werenโ€™t for those 2 things, I wouldโ€™ve rated it a 5 star.

I reserved two rooms at this hotel. We got there after 6:30PM and the front desk person told us that the check-in starts at 7:30PM and that one of the room was not ready. He was very unfriendly and rude. The rooms were clean, so I have no issues with that; however, the front desk person was still working when we were checking out around 7:30AM and he made this hotel experience terrible. I asked for a receipt and he acted like it was an unreasonable request. This person needs to be retrained or find another job as he is the sole reason that we will not stay at this property again.

This is a new hotel that's still working on things. However, it's a great value if you need to be in that area of the city. I just wish they had a breakfast. A free coffee and cereal even would do. The problem is that none of the coffee shops open before 8 am, so they need a breakfast.

Modernes Hotel, eher fรผr kurzreisende Inlรคnder?

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtbezirk Eunpyeong und hat sehr gute Vertkehrsanbindung zum eigentlichen Zentrum von Seoul. Es ist sehr neu und hat modernes Equipment, wahrscheinlich fรผr Dienstreisende oder Kurzbelegungen gedacht. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, das etwas gewรถhnungsbedรผrftige Frรผhstรผck steht nur in sehr engem Zeitrahmen zur Verfรผgung oder auch gar nicht (ohne vorherige Ansage). Das Hotelteam ist sehr hilfsbereit, spricht aber schlechtes Englisch. Auch die Innenausstattung der Rรคume lรคsst darauf schlieรŸen, dass hier nicht mit Auslรคndern gerechnet wurde. Ich kann dieses Hotel trotzdem sehr empfehlen! Es ist relativ preisgรผnstig, und wenn man sich auf die erwรคhnten Besonderheiten einrichtet, lรคsst es sich dort sehr gut ein paar Tage รผbernachten.
