This hotel grew on me, but really just average. The best feature of my stay was the shower. Breakfasts made upon arrival. My breakfast today had items that should be hot, were cold. The location was choice, very close to Seoul Station, but best access via taxi.

Top marks from check in to check out. The little personal touches were very nice. Housekeeping staff noticed I have a bottle of water at my bedside and each time they cleaned the room they left a bottle of water on my bedside table.

Grand Hyatt Seoul
Staffs are so wonderful and polite. Room has good view of Namsan Seoul tower. Amenities are a bit lacking. Bathroom definitely needs some works or refresh since it doesn’t have good enclosure and therefore water is leaking out when taking shower. Breakfast is good with lovely personnel.
