The best thing about this hotel is the location. If you want to be near public transportation and shopping as well as tons of restaurants, this is an excellent choice especially for the price. However, there are some quirks about this hotel. Initially the staff was very kind and helpful. On our last day, we had one rude staff as we waited for our airport transportation. We had two triple rooms. One room had a VERY loud air conditioner and lights as well as outlets that didn’t work properly. The rooms were clean, but the beds are extremely hard (mattresses on plywood basically). The free breakfast is also a bit different but not a big deal since there are plenty of other options nearby. For the price paid, we were satisfied and would have rated it higher if the one room didn’t have so many things not working properly and if we didn’t have the rude staff encounter as we prepared to leave.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. The room is nice and clean. They empty the trash and change the towels regularly. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is great. It’s located near the street market at Myeongdong so there’s always something to do or food to try.

The hotel is affordable and in a convenient location to everything you’d want to do in Seoul! The staff were kind and the space was just enough. Would love to have more amenities but for what you pay for, it is comfortable and just what you need. Great aircon for the summer days in Seoul.

"You can't use the outdoor pool you need to pay like 50000 won if you want to use it. I complained about it and they get me 2 passes for my daughter and I to use them. I only booked that hotel for the outdoors pool to be honest. Very far from the metro station in Itaewon. *Walked like easy 4 or 5 ..."
