A great personal touch

My family had a fabulous stay at Villa Buah. The location may be slightly hard to find but once you are there you may never leave. Beautiful ocean and sunset views from room and pool. Quiet, tranquil setting. Staff are amazing and will do anything for you. We had an amazing time. (Family of 2 adults and 2 kids).

Fantastisk hotel! Rigtig venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Fantastisk sted med udsigt over Senggigi. Stort værelse med alt, hvad dee behøves. Byen virker desværre noget trist og ‘forladt’.

Perfect

The hotel is very class, very clean and the staff is so kind. You can choose your breakfast and decide having it in your room balcony, a nice salon or the terrasse with the view on Senggigi. We choose to go on a trip during the day and come back to sleep one night more. You have to walk a little bit from the center (5 minutes) but it s worth it. Perfect stay! Bravo!

Fantastisk hotel med god udsigt

Fantastisk hotel, ikke meget at sætte en finger på. Den smukkeste udsigt over havet og landskabet, dog findes dette ikke uden en lille rejse op af bjerget. Morgenmaden super god og meget at vælge imellem. Værelserne store og rummelige, når man boede flere. Personalet var helt vildt søde og imødekommende. Poolen helt fantastisk med den smukke udsigt. Mulighed for at se solnedgang herfra hver aften.

Das Hotel ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden da es in einer schlecht befestigten Nebenstraße liegt. Die Lage auf dem Hügel hat uns ansonsten gefallen, der Blick in Richtung Senggigi und Meer ist atemberaubend. Es empfielt sich allerdings die Miete eines Mopeds. Auf dem ersten Blick macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck. Leider war unser Zimmer bei Bezug nicht gründlich gereinigt worden und wir fanden im Bad und auch im Wohnzimmer Haare der Vorbewohner auf dem Boden. Außerdem war die Balkontür defekt, so dass wir den eigenen Balkon des Zimmers nicht nutzen konnten. Alternativ konnten wir jedoch auf der daneben liegenden Terasse frühstücken. Zudem ist die Einrichtung bzw. technische Installation etwas merkwürdig. Bei uns fehlte bspw. ein Lichtschalter am Türeingang. Man muss dann halt erstmal durch das Zimmer laufen um irgendwo Licht anzumachen. Gerade wenn es dunkel ist ist das nicht optimal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft wenn man zu was auch immer Anfragen hat. Das Frühstück hat geschmeckt und war abwechslungsreich.
