"A great place to stay. Straight across from the train station and surrounded by hundreds of shops and restaurants. Tram and bus stops right outside, so it is very convenient for sightseeing.
Great view of Sakurajima from the lobby window.
Room was smallish but functional and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests. Another one I will definitely return to ."

However, the full-size bed was quite uncomfortable—the mattress felt uneven and not level, which made it hard to sleep well.
