- On the ground floor of a house of character shale stones and in the heart of a small hamlet, comfortable cottage on one level of 50m2. Environment of pine and chestnut forests. Swimming at 5 minutes in the Cèze river with clear waters.
The apartment is composed as follows: a large room in one piece with sitting area, television. A sofa BZ (Bultex mattress 140cm), a room alcove (bed 140 cm), a fully equipped kitchenette electric (stove, microwave, fridge-freezer etc. ....), bathroom with washing machine linen, w. c. separated. An adjoining room with access from outside, with 2 bunk beds 90cm. A private carport. Private enclosed garden with private entrance. Garden furniture. etc ... Safety for children.
An hour drive from Uzès (Premier Duchy of France) the Ardèche with Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and canoe trips. At 1H1 / 2 Grau du Roi (Mediterranean) Close to Lozère. Many hiking trails. Ideal for family vacations.
