"Friendly staff! Our rental car company left us without a car and they arranged for someone to pick us up from San José!! Chill atmosphere responsive staff!! Really the best experience I have ever had at a resort!! All the hot springs so nicely kept and accessible!! ❤️❤️❤️"

"Loved everything about our stay! The hot springs were awesome, the room was adequate, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the pools were great. Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely return and highly recommend it."

"The staff was very welcoming and friendly our whole stay. We enjoyed the many offerings from buffet breakfast including pancakes, made to order omelettes and fresh fruit. The room was a decent size with a large bathroom and felt very private. We especially liked the balcony and could sit out in the rain to watch the birds and look down at the beautiful gardens. "

"The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is very courteous and the premises are gorgeous. It’s nice to have a volcanic water pool even though in my opinion it should not be so hot. Both my girlfriend and I got a little dizzy after a while. I do recommend staying there though. The breakfast is fantastic! Location as well."
