"The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was yummy, and the illumination at night was so pretty. Also, we got real keys- it’s been a long time since I’ve had an actual key so that was fun!! Most of the staff I spoke to spoke limited English, and I speak just a little Japanese so, just be ready to use your Japanese skills! :)"

"If you are heading to Sendai, highly recommend this hotel. It has all the qualities that a traveler would want. Engaging and helpful staff. Spacious and immaculately clean room. Bed was very comfortable and even the pajamas provided fitted well and was nicely pressed. The hotel, a 2-minute walk from a subway station, is next to two 24-hour convenient stores. Can’t beat that!
