Room was very large compared to most hotels which was a great plus, location was perfectly near the big Sendai station. Bathroom is pretty small though, where everything is in one spot which is okay but I like the ones where the shower and toilet is separate but they were exactly what we needed for staying 2 nights.

This is a great hotel that has bigger rooms than most Japanese hotels. It’s very clean, modern and ample with enough stirgare and a little desk. Easy to locate, close to station and many options to eat close by. Staff is very friendly and provides recommendations around the city. I did not try the breakfast, but looked good to. This will be our go to hotel for any future Sendai trip for sure.

This hotel has an excellent location, close to downtown and 5 min walk to Sendai Station. I really liked the room, it was really comfy and wide compared to other similar hotels.

The property is very closed to the central shopping area and covered pedestrian shopping arcade yet it's nestled on a quiet street mins away from the main road. The staff is professional and articulate. Room and bath are of good size big enough to accommodate 3 adults. The self-service free happy hour coffee is definitely a plus. The hotel also offers a wide variety of amenities in the lobby. LOVE THE TEA BAGS!

Staff were very professional, patient and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Although there was a language barrier, communication was easily transmitted. With my limited Japanese and their willingness to engage in English, the whole checking in process and inquiring for other services was easy.

This hotel is located conveniently within walking distance from the major Sendai Station. The vicinity has a lot of shopping malls, restaurants and convenience stores. The room is super cozy and comfortable. They have washing machine and dryer (reasonable charge) on 2nd Floor. Mircowave and Ice Cubes also available on that floor if required. They also have iron and ironing board (requestable from reception) in the event you need.

Great stay.

Great stay, overall. Practically in the heart of Sendai. Drove there and the hotel also has underground parking. It does have height restrictions up to 2 meters. Super cheap for overnight, too. Some staff speak english, so another plus. Rooms comfy, and clean. We left our car in the parking underground and just walked everywhere, becauae everything is so close. Parco 1 and 2 are literally a few minutes away walking.

Reservation type was not accurate

The hotel was clean and easily accessible. Unfortunately they screwed up the reservation and told me they couldn’t I hadn’t paid for the breakfast when I had. It took multiple chats with Hotels.com support and I finally got the meal tickets but only for one day out of the two day stay. A refund was not provided. We didn’t miss much since the breakfast was pretty basic, but still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Highly Recommended (solo traveler, week long stay)

Excellent hotel with great staff. The location really can’t be beat - it’s basically at the center of everything and right near the station, too. Also the staff was very accommodating and friendly, equipped with translation devices or simply good English skills (which was very helpful for an English-only guest like me). Everything else was very comfortable and every service I needed felt within an arm’s reach. Well worth the price should you be able to afford it; would highly recommend!
