Terrible security

Nice hotel but terrible security. They gave out my room number to some guy. Police were involved. VERY POORLY HANDLED CENTRA !!! I will never come back here again and I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS INCIDENT !!!

Tredje gången vi bor på Taum på grund av att vi älskar det! Lugnt hotell med supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal, dessutom centralt läge med nära till det mesta. Sängarna är jättesköna och bra med ett litet pentry och kylskåp!

Amazing stay, great service, relaxing environment

Highly recommend this hotel! I stayed for one week to work remotely and enjoy Bali. The set-up is perfect to work by the pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful, food is great, the pool view rooms are lush to relax and have a wonderful view. I had an accident and the staff even helped me at 3am. I would always come back to Taum.

３回目の宿泊です、高い部屋を選択 最上階のプールビュー宿泊 バルコニーからの眺めだけは良かった・・ トイレ、洗面、バスがギュっ１箇所に詰め込まれ残念 キッチンの換気扇もライトもつかなかった バルコニーの大きなマットは 汗が染み込みすぎて臭くて鼻が耐えれなかった 今後泊まることがあれば、プールビューではなく 安い部屋に泊まる

The stay was fine but not as expected, duplex I got not as in pictures, woodparts and private pool needs maintenance, Lezards around the outdoor shower, can scare some guests Staff very helpful, except some interrupting questions every day regarding my daily plans Location is good

The room is big, but its quite old. The room i checked in got problem with AC, we couldn’t sleep well, cos it was not cold enough due to the hot weather in bali, but We have told the receptionist and they sent the team engineer to check, it started a bit colder, but still not cold enough for a good sleep though,

We arrived at around 11.00 am, and were given a room as quickly as possible despite the check-in time being 3.00 pm. The studio room was very spacious with a pool view. A tree actually blocked the pool view partially, but it was good for us as we could just lay on the veranda bed and look at the sunset. The pool opens from 6.00 am - 9.00 pm so was very enjoyable. There's quite good food at the restaurant. They also have a free shuttle to the beach, and we used that for going to the Petitenget Seminyak beach. Grabcar ride back to the hotel from the beach was IDR 20K only. All in all, this was a pretty good value for money.

good location, but the room conditions are really bad. the bathroom is old and completely run down. I had a army of ants running through my entire room and even on the bed head where I slept. Bed sheets and bathroom towels were dirty and stained.

The food was unsatisfactory. I paid extra for the breakfast buffet and there was very little choice (mainly asian breakfast). My room had several windows with no blinds so the room was not dark. The room was also very noisy without any soundproofing. The room had a stove but they only provided 1 pan and wooden spoon, no plates or cutlery.

The pool area is fairly well kept however the decking was wobbly. The room we had was horrible, the bathroom looked dirty, the air conditioning was broken a few times, a few light globes were broken, the curtains have got a few small holes, towels were old, the bath shower had no curtain and the bath looked so mouldy, no shower gel (just water inside the shower gel dispenser). Throughout the hotel looks deserted. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t go back. Once is enough! The staffs were friendly and helpful though.

The room is super dusty and dirty,lots of mosquitos and the room is dark not enough lighting. Bed cover not so clean the fridge is dirty just dirty room lots of stained etc etc I checked in 10pm and I can’t wait to leave and check out the next day ASAP and moved to different hotel . Just not comfortable in this hotel room. I do not recommend at all this hotel to others . I’m sorry !
