The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — whenever we had a problem, they solved it within 10 minutes. When we went on day trips, they prepared breakfast for us to take away. We ordered our breakfasts the day before, and in the morning they came to the villa to prepare everything fresh. The villa was very clean, although it could use a bit of renovation. The massages we ordered to the villa were excellent and also cheaper than those offered nearby. The location is great too — close to restaurants and in a quiet, pleasant area. Overall, the staff are absolutely amazing and made our stay truly enjoyable!

This is one of the most stunning villas to stay in. Perfect if you've got a party of 4 staying together with the two bedroom villa options. The space is quiet and tranquil with a beautiful pool and generous outdoor entertaining area to relax in. The staff were fantastic and they went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We loved this villa and would definitely stay again!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Sandi Agung. The facility is a wonderful place to come back to at the end of the day, particularly the pool. The staff are delightful and very helpful. Any problem we had they were very responsive too. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This was an exceptional property to have two big rooms and three bathrooms, a private pool and space to entertain. We had three assistance come to our room and make breakfast for us each morning. The fridge came stocked so we didn’t have to go out, but there is a convenience store and a grocery store very close by if you needed something.

湿度気温共に高くそしてヴィラなのでしょうがない部分はあるが、キッチンの棚の中は少しカビ臭かった。 ドナノブの金具が外れてたりと設備的に多少目に付く所はあったが、それを超えるスタッフの笑顔と対応力の良さがありました。空港への送りと迎えもやってくれたり、朝食はルームキッチンに来てくれて調理してくれたり、フロントデスクの女性スタッフの方々も英語が話せない私たちにも優しく、一生懸命やってくれてました。今回はホテル内のサービスは時間が無く使うことはなかったが食事やスパなども充実していてゆっくりな時間を過ごすならちょうどいい。メイン通りから近く外れた所にあるので閑静。初めて行って気付いたがメイン通りにあるホテルはうるさくてくつろげないかもと思った。。。トータルで満足出来ました。

La villa était juste magnifique. Très propre, fonctionnelle avec sa piscine privée. En plus on commande son petit déjeuner la veille et ils viennent nous l’apporter à la villa le lendemain à l’heure prévue. Possibilité de se faire déposer dans le centre ville gratuitement mais il faut se débrouiller pour le retour (cela reste gerable à pieds meme si marcher au bord de la route n’est pas de tout repos). Seul bémol : la dépose dans un restaurant attrape touristes par le chauffeur qui nous a récupéré à l’aéroport.

We’ll be back

Staff were extremely friendly. A little bit for from the main areas of Seminyak but the free shuttle was a great bonus to get around and meant this wasn’t really an issue. Also, it meant the villa was quiet and away from noise. The pool was lovely and clean. The living/dining area was outdoors so no relief from the heat but it was great to be able to watch the kids in the pool from the couch. Ask for a pool fence if you have kids. Breakfast made fresh for us in the villa was great! We would stay again.

Glad that we picked Sandi Agung, highly recommend

This was our first time in Bali and we knew we were going to get a relaxing and spacious accommodation for our family of 4 adults. I searched the internet using various hotel booking platforms and found this little gem. I say little because this property has only 6 villas, all in it’s own private garden, pool, bedrooms etc. This is a very exquisite setup at a very reasonable rate. All the people working there, and I really mean it, ALL people there are absolutely fantastic and treat you like you’re the most important guests. The way they treat you is friendly and comfortably but not overly done. It’s like you are staying home with a few maids, familiar faces. We all recognize each other after a few hours of interaction. Here’s the bonus. They actually bring in the ingredients to your kitchen for making your breakfast at the time you requested the night before. Of course there is a good menu of choices for you to choose from that evening too. Didn’t I say feel like home? And then all the shuttle car service within the area of Seminyak is complimentary. Although the villa has a nice fully equipped kitchen, we decided to dine out every single night. And the shuttle will bring us to the front of the restaurant every time, then 30 min. before we finish our meal we ask the restaurant people to call our villa to come to pick us up. You know what, every night when we walked out of the restaurant, our driver was there waiting for us opening the door. Absolutely first class service.

Home away from home

We stayed at the Sandi Agung Villa for 4 days 3 nights and we absolutely enjoyed every bit of it. Clean rooms, wonderful service customer service. The staffs at the Sandi Agung Villa make us feel at home and were so accommodating to all our needs! From the airport pickup to late night food deliveries and transportation issues! Everything was well handled. Even the private car charter service (Nyoman) recommended by the owner of the hotel was top-notch ! Sandi Agung Villa is a true sample of great hospitality ! you will never regret your stay at the Sandi Agung Villa , we love this place so much , we are already looking forward to our next trip to Bali ! Thank you once again, to all the staffs At Sandi Agung ( Mr.ketut, girls at the front desks, ms. Very Friendly Staff

The service offered by all the staff were exceptional. They did all they could to make sure my family was comfortable, and even offered to change the villa when we told them that their aircon system is not cold. When we did not change the villa due to the hassle of shifting, the staff got our aircon thoroughly serviced and the cold air really helped us help blissfully with our sun parched skin!! I only managed to squeeze int 2 massages throughout my 5 days stay and their masseur, Ms Ayu was fabulous, she knew where the knots in my body were without me evening telling her!!! And they even opened up an empty villa for me to do my massages as my own villa was filled with my family members. Overall my family had a great time just chilling out by the pool after we return from our morning water activities.

Nice Villa in central Saminayak away from noise

We are extremely satisfied in choosing our stay in Bali to Sandi Agung Villa. Our stay was for 5 nights in Bali .Wish .we could stayed longer at this villa. Staff and service are excellent. We were picked up and Drop off at Airport. They dropped us to local Saminayak free. Breakfast was made by staff in our accommodation kitchen and served as if we were having breakfast at home.

Cosy and comfortable Family Villa in Seminyak

The Villa was great, complimentary Airport Transfers, relatively near the beach and shops, superb service, friendly staff, SPA, food in Villa itself. The best part was the surprise Wedding Anniversary the staff helped to put up for my wife, they put in alot of effort! Of course, my kids loved the private pool and spacious Villa. Main thing was the staff. They try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Of course, there may be some small shortcomings from time to time but I think overall it was a fantastic stay for us. We are first timers in Bali with 3 young kids. Do ask for a tour driver form the Villa - reasonable price and great way to bring the family around. Our driver Mr Nyoman Juniawan was great - friendly, flexible, English speaking and entertaining. Families with young kids may want to take note of the deep part of the pool - you can ask for pool fencing. Also mosquitoes and bugs may be part of the environment but the Villa does it part to ensure it is minimised.

What a brilliant choice

Everything about Sandi Agung is brilliant but what makes it so special are all the staff. They are simply the best. They are friendly, polite, helpful and always there for you. They are a credit to the establishment. We simply loved it here. The villas are clean and are a peace haven hid amongst the crazy streets of Seminyak. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely Villas close to everything with beaut staff

Despite delays with arrivals, our driver waited & picked us up. He told us where we were as we drove through the streets so we’d get our bearings, chatty but respectful of our tiredness. Check in was welcoming, warm & quick, with a refreshing drink & cool towel. We didn’t want for anything during our stay. Staff were helpful, friendly & respected privacy without sacrificing service: umbrellas in the rain, adapter plugs & chargers, insect repellent, sunscreen, filtered water, beds made daily, rooms immaculate, evening turn down service, mosquito coils set up in the yard, flowers, fresh towels, outdoor fans. Shuttle to Seminyak any time we asked, even paid for our cab when shuttle was unavailable. Rooms & yard very secure with variery of double barrel locks, latches, wardrobe keys, safe in each room, concierge late into the night. Pool was not too cold but refreshing, with an outdoor shower. Although pool water was a bit jazy, chlorine is regularny used. Beds were big & comfortable with 4 fluffy pillows. Toiletries smelled nice and did the job i.e. shampoo lavered & conditioner detangled/softened hair. Hairdryer available. Aircon nice & cool - easy to operate & adjust both temperature, fan speed. Breakfast was average, Indonesian better than Western, but fruit bowl on the table always. Needs outdoor TV & DVD library, new blackout curtains, XL bathrobes. We didn’t use villa kitchen, lobby bar or spa services as we preferred to go out for variety.
