The front desk closes at 730pm and you need to call the security guard to open the lobby for you to check in if coming in after 730pm. Have to wait for front desk to open to get more towels. Then they have people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot"

"The receptionist says she did not receive my reservation. I had to call Expedia who calls the hotel. Then it takes another hour to check me in. The good thing is it has a big refrigerator and easy parking. The bad thing is the shower is very small and water runs all over the bathroom when we take shower. They did not give us the TV remote control so we could not adjust the volume. When we come to the office, no one was there and nobody answered when we called,."
