"The staff at this hotel is wonderful! It seems like a lot of sports teams stay here and they are ready for them. Really appreciated the service from the whole team. Seems like as winter recedes there's a lot of cigarette debris all around the property, a shame guests can't dispose of them properly, my small puppy staying with me managed to try to eat about 20 of them. "

"Good location central to all, kids liked the pool. Carpet was being replaced which was likely needed. Rooms needed a deep clean (shower, fans) etc. Heating/cooling system was bonkers - -20C outside and we had the A/C on with window open in the room!"

"Quick checkin and friendly staff. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Lots of parking available. Breakfast was hot with a fair selection."

"Room was generally clean Tv didnt work. Wifi was almost non-existent. Breakfast was advertised but breakfast room was also non-existent. Sign on door said it was open but was dark and had only tools etc. Someone had left frozen fish in the freezer in the room so it had obviously not been completely cleaned.blowdryer was also supposed to be present so i didn't bring one with me and there was no blowdryer. No one was in the office at 9am to checkout. Parking lot was treacherously icy. "

"Room was clean, great, had vinyl flooring for our dogs which was appreciated. Staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, walking along the trent, coffee shops and little boutiques - lovely. Would definitely stay again!"
