During our stay, our gracious hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and helped us to navigate the area as we do not speak German or Italian. They provided a delicious breakfast, and gave good recommendations on how to park/get from one site to another.

Great place to stay while skiing in Val Gardena. The single rooms are basic but clean and warm, all you need! At the end of the day you can ski straight to the hotel, and store your gear in their heated storage room. The owners and staff were friendly and accomodating, continental breakfast is good with plenty of variety on offer, and.there was no problem parking. It's less than 5 mins walk to the center of the town so there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops right on your doorstep. Don't forget your swimming gear like I did, there is a pool and sauna available! All in all, a perfect place to stay for a few days on the slopes!

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Hotelbesitzer. Achtung: Die bei Expedition angegebene Check-Out Zeit stimmt nicht mit der tatsächlichen Zeit überein. Im Vergleich mit anderen Unterkünfte in Italien hat dieses Hotel ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

La posizione sarebbe ottimale e pure la pulizia delle stanze. Purtroppo all'interno della stanza c'erano pochissimi asciugamani (eravamo in 2 e c'erano 2 asciugamani da doccia e solo 1 per asciugarsi le mani). Per di più, all'interno del bagno non abbiamo trovato prodotti per la pulizia personale.... nemmeno una saponetta. Ci siamo rivolti subito al personale dell'Hotel che ci ha risposto con queste parole: "non avete niente con voi? ". Fortunatamente, avevamo portato un bagnoschiuma con noi, ma non ci è mai capitato di andare in un hotel, oltretutto a 3 stelle, e non trovare nulla per la pulizia personale. A dir poco scandaloso....

Struttura non nuovissima ma ben tenuta, evidenti segni di ammodernamento nelle camere, spazi confortevoli sia in camera che in bagno. Eccellente la pulizia ed il rispetto della normativa anti COVID. Di buona qualità la colazione di tipo continentale, a mio giudizio forse migliorabile nei dolci,. Posizione centrale ma distaccata il giusto dalla via principale così da non risentire del traffico e da consentire di godere dell'ampio solarium in giardino. Rapporto qualità prezzo nelle stanze economy eccezionale!

Hotel centrale, pulizia e accoglienza al top

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in camera doppia il 21 e 22 luglio. La posizione è centrale, vicino all’impianto di risalita, circondata da validi ristoranti, leggermente rialzata dalla via centrale (lontana dal traffico della strada principale). C’è un comodo posteggio di fronte all’hotel; la camera è spaziosa e molto pulita, dotata di balconcino; il proprietario si è dimostrato molto gentile e ci ha dato validi consigli per i nostri giri in moto, ci ha anche suggerito dei validi ristorantini nelle vicinanze dell’hotel. La colazione è servita nella veranda a vetrate con vista sul paese e soprattutto sulle maestose montagne, è varia ed abbondante, con prodotti sia dolci che salati. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Problemi riscontrati: avevo prenotato un matrimoniale e ho trovato due singoli, l’albergatore non si è interessato a risolvere il problema. La sera il bar e i servizi chiudono presto, quindi impossibile avere da Bere. Nella mia camera non c’era frigobar. Per il resto ottima colazione e ottima posizione.

Good room, better views!

It was hard to find on google maps but overall pretty good experience. Service was attentive and helpful. Room was basic but clean and equipped. No fridge. Breakfast was good and the free parking available is an asset. Great value for money. I'd be back for sure!

Sehr freundlicher Chef. Super Lage. Tolles Einzelzimmer sogar mit Balkon. Es wurden auch Empfehlungen gegeben wo man gut essen kann. Leider war ich nur auf der Durchreise und er sagte für die nächsten Tage regen(war mit dem Motorrad unterwegs) sonst wäre ich länger geblieben.

Einfaches Hotel mit wenig Charme

Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig, aber es fehlt an Charme. Das Zimmer war einfach, schon etwas älter und recht sauber. An vielen Stellen merkt man, dass die Liebe zum Detail fehlt. Die Betreiber scheinen sich möglichst wenig Mühe machen zu wollen. Z.B. war das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, aber es gab viele abgepackte Produkte und Käse bzw. Brot zum selbst schneiden. Servietten und Besteck lagen auf den blanken Tischen ohne Tischdecke.
