Absolutely beautiful spot on the beach for sunsets and very quiet and private. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. Bike rentals right there, wonderful restaurant with beautiful pool and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff was also wonderful and helpful. So very friendly and an extremely pleasurable place to stay. I would recommend to all my friends

The property itself was in a great location in regards to things around the island and the harbor but it was noisy being right next to the restaurant at the hotel. I asked if their construction would continue the next few days and they said no just today, but every day when we tried to nap we’d hear the hammers . I even ask if I could pay for an upgrade to escape the noise but never got back to me. In the evening it was loud until 10p because people were drinking and eating at the restaurant. At 5am I would be woken up by the loud speaker for prayer.

This is easily the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. We stayed 3 nights in a private pool villa and it was everything we expected and more. The staff is so friendly and ready to accommodate anything you may need. The breakfast was delicious — you can get as much as you’d like! The room and pool area was clean & relaxing. It only made our experience on Gili Air better!

Our stay at Kalandara Resort in Lombok was truly breath-taking. We chose this resort for our honeymoon, and it exceeded every expectation—we did not regret our decision for a single moment. Little touches like slippers, Crocs for the infinity pool, and a Bluetooth speaker added a special charm to our experience and made our stay feel even more luxurious and personal. What really made our time unforgettable was the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with great variety. The portions were generous, and we’re pretty sure we left having gained a few happy pounds! The resort itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. We truly miss our time at Kalandara Resort and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for helping us create such a special and unforgettable honeymoon memory.
