The restaurant and bar were not open in the evening. This was not mentioned on the website while booking. Otherwise I would have booked another hotel. The personnel was very friendly.

Excellent Hôtel-Restaurant au calme / tout confort

Un excellent séjour au calme avec un accueil au top + un restaurant proposant des mets délicieux. La gérant m'a même emmené vers mon client un matin pour me dépanner... si je dois revenir un jour à Erstein, je réserverai assurément cet hôtel ! Un grand merci pour ce séjour

Dommage que le restaurant sois en vacance ! car pour manger c'est compliqué . Aussi le matin car 2 cars vienne pour le petit déjeuné c'est très compliqué .il faut être patient pour se servir ! Donc pas la bonne période dommage ! A testé encore !

Hôtel et personnel agréables, problème budgétaire ou autre, mais le manque de salariés se ressent sur le service.... Personnel travaillant dans la précipitation , au petit déjeuner, buffet vite vide, et très lentement rempli. Je suis désolé d'apporter cette critique, je répète le personnel n'y est pour rien... bref services en baisse de régime, et le prix lui est resté pour cette prestation ,élevé.

Lors de l’accueil la personne nous a affirmé que le petit déjeuner était inclus mais lors du règlement le lendemain une autre personne nous a demander de régler le petit déjeuner ( 16€ par pers )… Le parking était complètement verglacé donc très dangereux ( pas de salage ) Le buffet du petit déjeuner est en plein milieu du passage où les personnes rentrent et partent de l’hôtel En ce qui concerne la propreté, la poussière n’était pas faite et dans la douche il restait des ongles de pieds donc la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer pour une nuit à 195€ … ** Je ne recommande donc pas du tout cet hôtel **

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, moderne Zimmer mit schönes großen Bad. Das Doppelbett war mit 1,40m sehr kuschelig. Das Frühstück mit 15 Euro per Person ist etwas teuer. Alles in allem für ein oder zwei Nächte zum empfehlen.

Enttäuschendes Erlebnis für Hundebesitzer

Das Hotel haben wir zum zweiten Male bewohnt. Wir werden es nicht mehr tun. Das Personal war zwar sehr entgegenkommen und half bei fehlenden Gegenständen (Klopapier, Handtücher) SEHR gerne, herzlich und schnell, aber das Hotel wollte €15 pro Hund pro Nacht haben, obwohl hotels.com das mit €5 angegeben hatte. Das ist 200% mehr als angegeben....Und nicht einmal einen Wassernapf hat das Hotel für unsere zwei Hunde zur Verfügung gestellt, obwohl sie selbst Hundebesitzer sind. Ich hatte keine Lust auf große Diskussionen und habe nur auf den Preis hingewiesen. Dann mussten wir zwar "nur" €15 Euro zahlen, aber wir fanden das alles nicht so fair .. vielleicht erhöhen sie auch noch den Preis fürs Frühstück und aktualisieren die Preise bei Hotels com nicht....
