The room is very small but very clean. The bathroom has no shelf space for toiletries, makeup, or shaving supplies, which makes it feel quite crowded. It may be suitable for someone staying on a business trip with minimal luggage, but for a vacation, when you typically have more belongings, the room feels cramped.
This place is also quite far from the old Lisbon -Baixa and the River . Tons of restaurants around -

From the moment we got to the Emerald House they were so welcoming and accommodating. We showed up a little early before check in and they stored our bags so we could explore. It was my birthday on the trip and they delivered a cake to the room with a hand written card from the staff! I couldn't have been more impressed.
